The finger stretches have more resistance between the finger slots than on either side of the thumb slot, strained my hand just trying to use it.The grip strengthener is good though.

Great product

I bought these for my mom that had a stroke and paralyzed one side of her body. She really enjoyed using the donuts to squeeze. She showed her physical and occupational therapists and they said they were a great tool to try and get strength back in her hand.

It’s not for me it’s too. Even the easiest one also the fingers slots are too small. Wanted to return it but my grand daughter misplaced a wrapper so am stocked with it! 🥲🥲
