They are very sturdy, well made. Even if you get them wet I don't recommend
These are probably the best earbuds I've ever purchased. I accidentally washed them in the washer and put them through the dryer and let me tell you they still work. So these are worth every penny. They're loud. I even washed them and they still work great. They have stayed charged for months. I have not had to charge them. I use them at work everyday. They have a very long battery life and they can go through some damage and still work great quality

Love this series of the Jlab headphones! 10/10
Absolutely love the brand Jlab (have bought headphones from them in the past). I got these on a sale back in late december/early Jan. of this yr & I absolutely love them! The battery life is great, the sound is great. I love that you can change the EQ settings in the J lab app or just by touching your headphones with your finger. I love the size of them. They fit great in my ear. I have really small ears and I’ve always had issues with headphones fitting comfortably in my ear, but these ones do they even fit in my seven-year-old daughter‘s ear, which she has the same issue, so these are absolutely great and totally worth the money. I love the color of them. The quality is great, super soft. I just am obsessed all around.

Excellent budget options
I like trying different earbuds, especially affordable ones. It's lightweight and the sound is clean but in case you don't like the eq, you can always tinker the eq with the app. I like mines always on bass boost though for me it's not very dramatic in sound changes when tinkering. Not the best bass boost but it's a good pass in performance. Comfort is most received with the right tip sizes and so it's good they include 2 sets of different earbud tips so it's all good, keep in mind if you have heavy ear wax production like a sleepless factory on my ears, best keep your ears clean and clear for most comfort and no muffle sound. My ears product wax like a sleepless factory so I keep my ears clean and dry for Max comfort. It works well with my android 11 and Nintendo switch, I don't have any apple products so I dont know if they work with apple products. It's clear both on noise cancelling and be aware mode with background noises well processed, of course you won't get super hearing but it's still good enough to be aware of your surroundings. Battery life is very impressive, actually more stamina than My Soundcore Space A40 albeit the A40 have superior sound and custom ability, the charging is also quick on case and even quicker on buds. My phone sucks so that's why my photo is not the greatest but it's what it looks like. If i could make any changes, I would make the in-built charger cord usb-c female instead of usb-c male, that way I can simply charge it and I don't have many ports that have a usb-c female port so there's that. Otherwise I'm really happy with product and if your looking for budget headphones and not picky on audio, these are great. Love they come in many colors, my fav is navy blue as pic shows so of course I got the navy one. Im using the buds so that's why they're not in case.

Great overall (only for the price)
I’ve been using the JLab Go Air Pop+ earbuds for about two months now, and overall I’m really impressed with what you get for the price. First off, the sound quality is very decent for budget true wireless earbuds. They’re not meant to compete with premium models, but for everyday listening—music, videos, and calls—they sound clear and punchy. The EQ3 settings are a nice bonus and actually make a noticeable difference depending on what you’re listening to. The mic is not bad.. whoever I'm talking to can hear me but there's no noise canceling at all which can be annoying if you're in a noisy environment. Battery life is another strong point. I don’t find myself charging these often, and they easily last through multiple days of casual use. The dual connect feature is convenient too, especially if you want to use just one earbud at a time. There’s no active noise canceling, but that’s expected at this price point, and honestly I didn’t miss it. Passive isolation is fine for normal use. My only minor complaint is the built-in USB-C charging cable. It works, but it’s a bit annoying having to plug the case directly into an adapter instead of using a separate cable. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of. Also the touch controls are a bit finicky and you have to learn the gestures for left and right buds separately. Overall, these are a great option if you’re looking for affordable, reliable earbuds with good sound and excellent battery life. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who wants solid performance without spending a lot.

JLab Never Disappoints!
These are wonderful little earbuds. I'm a JLab loyalist because they have always been affordable and good quality. Comfortability: I wear these earbuds while I work so I use them for about 6.5 hours straight. I have smaller ears but these fit great. They come with different attachment options which is nice. It took me a day or so to get used to them but mind you I wear them for long periods of time, so that checks. Sound: I'm a lover of EDM and trance music while I'm working. These earbuds provide the perfect amount of bass to all the songs I love. All of my calls also come in clear and I've been told that audio on my end is well received. Adjustment capability: The controls on the earbuds are pretty convenient. You can pause music and adjust the volume by touching them. I haven't fully figured out how to use this function but it's nice that it's there. Bonus: I also bought a case to keep them safe in my bag. I got the lilac, soft purple color earbuds and they are exactly as pictured.

Quality and affordability
I purchased these earbuds in November of 2025 and they still work and sound like new. I’ve purchased more expensive earbuds in the past, and the price of these earbuds are well worth it. I’ve never had a problem with them connecting to my phone. They fit perfectly in my ear and the sound quality is on point. I didn’t know what to expect from these at this price point, but I’m glad that I gave them shot. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to same money, but also want to have quality sound and reliability.

Amazing earbuds- good sound, fit, options- shocking battery life
I don't know what kind of battery they put in these tiny little things, but I've had them for 3 months and charged them 3 times. Every time I put them in my ears they say "battery full" and I'm flabbergasted. The fit is wonderful, which was a concern for me because I have had issues with many earbuds in the past. I always choose to purchase more affordable earbuds because I know I'll lose them and it hurts less to replace them if they don't cost half the rent, but these are actually amazing- not "for the price". Just amazing. Bass hits with no crackling. Volume is nice, can be loud or quiet. Noise canceling is not 100% cut the world out noise canceling when nothing is playing but enough to cut overstimulation. When something IS playing, you won't hear anything happening around you 😂 Also, if you're a fiddler like me, the app allows you to turn off the touch settings, so you can shift/touch/adjust the earbuds without changing the volume or track on accident. I use these over any other option (and I have many). They are always in my pocket. Would highly recommend!

Not for the small eared people
For a non bias review of the product it is 3 stars. For my preferences and life style I give it 2 stars. upsides: If you get it on sale (like I did for $19) its a steal. It has great sound and play time. It decent overall and I've definitely have tried worse more expensive wireless earbuds. It has all the basic features plus their app makes a more customizable experience. Down sides: Immediately it's difficult to get the ear buds out of the case. if you have slippy fat fingers or I know older people have issues with fine motor and grip. You will have difficulty with these. They're just a little too flush into the case. Secondly, the charger relies on someone having the usbc female plug in for a charge since it has a usbc male charge cord. I know we are moving on from female usb, but I think it's too soon, I'll get back to that. Also, small ears? not the product for you. If you're a woman like me in the low 5ft range these will not for comfortably in your ears. they are much too big and I have tried all three silicone sizes. Felt like goldilocks figuring out which one fit best- None did. Either too big and irritated my ears or small enough to be "comfortable" but sliiiiddd... out my canal. The tap features are ok, but half the time they didnt work and there was some issues with connectivity and range. It may seem im dissing these hard core but i truly do love the JLABS products I got these because I like to listen to audio books while at work and after an unfortunate accident my OG earbuds (jbud mini) were broken. But after several months with these I wish the siren call of these cheap $19 buds fell deaf on my ears. I should've just shelled out the additional $20 to get my minis. If you have SMALL EARS go with the MINIS!!!! They are so small almost around half the size of these Pop ones. The tap features and better too and no connectivity issues. I also don't lose them. they have a key ring to attach them to your keys, wallet, or purse. Annddd..... They have a usbc port, which I know I said it was too soon for usbc but its a port not the cord which practically everyone has a usbc charger nowadays.
