Perfection. I bought six more of these for future turkeys. Wonderful flavor, everyone compliments. I used a propane air fryer to cook and it's as good as it gets!

Our turkey was so moist and juicy!
The best brine we ever used. The turkey was so juicy and delicious. Only call out. If using drippings for gravy it is pretty salty.

Awesome flavors
For Thanksgiving my wife and I each make a Turkey. Hers got this brine and was oven cooked. Mine was smoked. A little more brineing work was required on hers because it has to be boiled and then cooled. There are a lot of great smells that happen when cooking this brine. Not just a typical powder/salt mix. All the flavors actually got into the turkey. She definitely won the flavor battle this year. Don't let the cost scare you. It is worth a few more dollars to get all the chunks of flavor this brine has in it.

Good flavor, and convenient when you just add the whole container. Follow directions and it's hard to mess up and you have a Delicious Turkey every time!
