If sunshine, citrus, and a trampoline had a baby—it would be lemon Jell-O. This stuff jiggles so enthusiastically it looks like it’s trying to escape the bowl before you even grab a spoon. Bonus points for being the only dessert that can double as entertainment—poke it, shake it, watch it dance. My kids call it “yellow slime you can eat,” which, honestly, is probably the best product description ever.
