Still can't figure out how to work it

I gifted my best friend a 360 photo booth for her birthday, and she’s obsessed! She had a minor hiccup setting up VIP access for the app, but support helped her out immediately—super responsive. She said setup was easy, it comes in a convenient carry case, and she’s already planning to add it as a service to her business. I bought the 22 in, but will likely purchase another unit that has a larger platform. It super easy to put together and get it working. I reached out to the seller several times and response times was impeccable. Catherine had excellent resolution and customers service skills.
