taste good! no tummy upset.

My new love is liquid vitamins! So easy to take and taste great. I felt the difference within a few days of taking this. I live in Florida for 30 yrs and was a big beach lover until I developed a skin cancer spot on my face. Thank god Dermatologist removed it and healed well! But, I no longer sun bathe for over 3 yrs and lost my Vitamin D source. 10k IU’s is very high, 2k is recommended up to age 70. So I took a quarter of dropper daily and being 2 bottle pkg. It’s last me a long time. Talk to your Dr. about blood work to see if you’re deficient and what you need daily. If you have issues taking pills like I do liquid definitely the way to go!

Great flavor. Easy to take. Dropper easy to use

Love the flavor! My kid hates the flavor, says its to much like tylenol (children's tylenol, grape flavor) so depending on personal taste (pun intended) the grape flavor could be a bonus or negative. I have to take these vitamins either way (hashimotos, no thyroid and damaged parathyroid plus other issues) and the brand I was using, that was tasteless, stopped offering it and the others I tried had awful tastes and were just something I forced myself to deal with because I needed it. My mom gave me a bottle of this to try and I ordered more that same day. The amounts of each are good for what I need and the taste is an added bonus. I just went for my bloodwork and all of my levels were the best they've been in the last 7 years of quarterly checks. Very pleased.

It's a good products

These taste grapey good and the eye dropper works well.

I got this because I had a bone density scan recently and found out that I have osteopenia. I spoke with my doctor about this product, and he said that it should work well. I have to wait to get more bloodwork done to know for sure that it's doing what it's supposed to. The grape flavor is pleasant, and I leave it on my counter so I don't forget to take it. I'm in my 40s and so far I don't take any medication. With any hope I can just keep taking this and be good to go.

Make sure to refrigerate after opening. There’s nothing in the ingredients list that would indicate a source of color. We have dye allergies in my family and I really wish the source of color was clearly indicated. It also made me wonder if other ingredients are being left out. That said, this stuff tastes fantastic. It literally tastes like candy. I expected to add it to food or drinks but I’ve just been taking it straight because it tastes like a grape lollipop to me. I love the flat grip on the dropper. This is the first time I’ve seen it and it draws more product into the dropper and allows more control and grip. This seems like a good product but the lack of color source is a huge issue for me so I took 2 stars off for it. The color is quite vibrant.
