The art of a good purchase is by researching what is out there on the market, and for musical recorders, the name Aulos is something you will quickly get used to seeing.The Aulos models 303 and 305 are well respected for starter and intermediary, and personal experience would not dispute that. The tone on these recorders is very good but be prepared for the initial racket of your child’s practice until they master tone control. Aulos are respected which is a good starting point, and what you get is a good level of quality; not just at an affordable price, but a helpful starter sheet, cleaning rod, and a practical bag to carry this instrument of initial ear destruction.

A very good instrument to learn on, good tuning and clear notes. Took a while to get the low notes at first but that was me being a beginner!

As a professional woodwind player, I recently bought this cheap recorder to help teach. I needed it very quickly and having used a lot of Aulos products in the past I was surprised to see that it actually was at such a low price. It is a beautiful recorder and does what it needs to for a great price!

Easy to use for ly little one. he started lessons at school and the instructor recommended Aulos brand. He likes it and it is great that it comes with a nice pouch for the price we paid I think it is a great value for money.
