I love this product as I use it a couple times a week in the gym, outdoor, and wherever i need to throw in a nice workout in the park. I love using this with my partner and friends. GET FIT!!

This agility trainer is perfect for a variety of sports and reasons, plus can be used inside and outside. If outside, you are able to anchor the speed ladder into the ground also. If inside, just tell your kids (or whomever uses it) to just be a bit more mindful.My eldest son has been using this in the hallway during these rainy days (gasp! he actually let me do a quick video of him using it [teenagers LOL]). He is in the middle of his volleyball season at school right now and on all our days off from school and work, it has been raining. This has definitely taken the edge off of feeling confined. The cones are very flexible and are great for training as well; we take them to the park to set up the perimeter for games. Everything is very "on the go" with bags and straps for ease of carrying. The ladder can get cinched together with the strip of velcro it comes with right through the middle. The rungs themselves are adjustable on the sides so you can shorten the space between or lengthen them to adjust to peoples' heights ~ great functionality!Can also be used for training dogs (and cats if you have a mind to). My youngest dog rescue has been loving the cones and soccer balls at the park with us, my cats just want to play with the cones though.

This ladder is excellent for helping athletes improve their foot speed and agility skills.I got this as gift for my boyfriend and he loves it J The ladder and cones set were delivered on time and really fast. It comes with 2 nice carrying cases, where the ladder and cones fit easily inside separately. This makes it convenient to store and to bring wherever you want to go (Indoor or outdoor).The cones that came inside the cool carrying case are also a nice touch , especially after seeing others who keep theirs packed in with ladder in same case, so they come were deformed (not having this problem with this time)If that is not enough we also received the 4 metal pegs to keep the ladder secure to the ground, we haven’t used it yet but it looks built to lastThe Customer service from this merchant (Josh) has been excellent. He contacted me via email to inform me that the ladder set was sent.This included an attachment for the agility drills book in PDF format.So I could download it to his phone and practice out. The merchant also followed up with another email to make sure that everything was fine with the ladder.loving it!!

The media could not be loaded.  We ordered this product for our 5 year old daughter who plays soccer. Because of her age she does rec soccer but we are taking the sport quite seriously. The agility ladder adds a new element to her training; something new with many possibilities. I have unboxed the set and I am impressed with how everything is packaged together. I find the ladder to be durable, lightweight and overall well designed. I truly appreciate the bags that come with this because our daughter trains even when we are travelling and this makes life easier! Though we haven't used the ladder yet, I can't see there being anything wrong with it. If I have any concerns I will come back and edit my review. I am a highschool varsity soccer coach and I ordered this kit to use for training my players during the offseason. The kit is durable, and very effective. The training manual has a few drills that I haven't seen before and was able to implement into my training program. I can whole hardly say that I will be ordering more kits and it is due to the quality of the product and the price. Blitz-Pro is a fantastic company. As soon as I received my product they were in contact with me via email and FB. They have asked what my needs as a coach are and have been searching skill drills and informing me of products that could help me further my kids speed and agility training.I highly recommend this product and anything this company offers.

Bought this for 11yr old grandson for Christmas. I think dad was more excited about it since he's the coach. He said 'grandma was thinking'....lol....and that he could use it for training the kids. Can't speak to the sturdiness or durability since it's still brand new. But they were happy with the gift/

This product arrived on time and in good condition. I coach 8U soccer girls and we have use the ladder and cones set for 3 soccer practices so far. The girls love running agility soccer drills and different obstacle courses that we set up. The quality of this set is really good for the price I payed. I think it will hold up for at least a few more seasons. I think I’ll order another set when next season starts. Y&M Online also provides really good service. They reached out to me to ensure their product met our expectations and it has.I would recommend buying this set from Y&M online through Amazon.

This is a great set for the athlete or anyone that wants a fun tool to get a little exercise. I often can't make it to the gym for my workout, so I love this agility set because I can put the ladder out on my floor and use it for a nice cardio workout. Truth be told, I also use the set to teach my dog agility tricks. This set would also be great for a teenage athlete to help with off season training. The nice feature is the bags that come with it, the ladder and cones fit well in the bag after you use them so you can keep all the pieces together and not lose anything.
