This iron is fabulous! It eliminates any indigestion I was getting from heme iron. Since it’s absorbed in the small intestines stomach issues are bypassed. Taken in a small capsule it’s very easy to swallow.

Terrible side effects and brand...
I have chronic iron deficiency. This supplement made me very sick for 24+ hours after only one dose. Nausea, abdominal cramping, diarrhea, heart palpitations, and then constipation with very dark stool. I was hoping to raise my ferritin quicker with these, but I don't trust this product. I'm going to go back to my old iron supplement that didn't make me feel as bad as this did. I contacted the seller and they refused to honor their money back guarantee when purchased through Amazon. They did not care to make it right, nor investigate whether the product I received is safe. Thankfully, Amazon was able to refund me. I cannot recommend this product or it's company.
