Very helpful. Massages deep into the affected area. A little restraint is sometimes needed. It's possible to over-do it.

Hurts sooo good.
As the title says a must have for plantar fascitis. The bumps on the roller hit that spot and you can rub out that soreness fairly quickly.

Works well to loosen the bottom of the foot. Its temporary tho. Dont expect it to "cure" foot pain

An excellent product
I have frequent pain in my right foot arch. This piece of equipment is perfect exercise for both feet but has already cut down on the soreness in my arch by working on THOSE specific muscles. Easy to use and great value. It allows me to do exercises very similar to what the Physical therapist did with me when I first started having pain and sent to the PT for help in solving my problem. I also wear orthotics on both feet. This keeps me free from pain and allows me to work out.
