Fits perfectly on any barbell at the gym. Provides great cushion between the bar and my neck/shoulders/back when doing squats and provides cushion for my hips when using the barbell for hip thrusts. I've been using for two months a few times a week and no wear and tear on the pad. Best one I've used!

Great product
I love the quality (and color: pink). It is very comfortable to use. The dip in the center is nice for when I squat. But it is still comfortable for lower body work, like hip thrusts. Small warning: if you have small kids, be careful. It as a foam/spongy feel, and my nephew bit a piece off.

Good product
Seems like a good product but it keeps.coming off every time I lower my bar to my neck. It needs to be taped on to be effective but then I can't use my bar for other exercise. If you have a squat rack, which I don't, then it would probably work great. I love the color And the thickness of it.

I’m beyond impressed with this. I’ve squatted with the little wraps at the gym and with a towel behind my neck. When this arrived I thought it looked huge and immediately thought I’d be sending it back. Oh no!! Used it this morning and it made SUCH a difference to the comfort level. The bar across my shoulders has always been uncomfortable, this felt amazing. I’m genuinely really happy with this as it makes a fundamental difference to a problem I had. Nice work.

Affordable, comfy, pink pad, just what I wanted!
Used it for the first time the other day at the gym. Super comfy--even though I upped my weight! A bit bulky for carrying around, but much better alternative to using the gym's squat pads which gave me a rash previously (eww). I purposely wanted a stand-out color so a) I won't forget it at the rack, and b) no one will mistake it for a gym-provided pad and use it (eww again).

Saves my traps!
The padding is great! Wish it had velcro to close around the bar to keep it from turning. Other than that it is much better than my old skinny pad.
