Pure Chocolate Energy Chews - with Caffeine - Dark Chocolate (30 Count)

I started using these after Beon stopped making my favorite dark chocolate energy gems (I miss you, Beon!) I really love this product. I don't drink coffee or tea so I use these when I need a quick energy boost. They have a nice chocolaty taste and are not too sweet. The texture is a bit like a caramel. They can get a bit sticky if it is really hot out but they don't really melt. I love that each chew is individually wrapped so I can carry them in my bag and have one available anytime. One chew does not give as much of an energy boost as an Awake chocolate bite, but I still prefer them. They are much smaller and less sweet (which is great when I don't have an appetite or want a lot of chocolate) and they don't melt in my purse the way the Awake bites do. Plus, I love that I can adjust how much of a "boost" I get by increasing or decreasing the number of chews I have. If I'm just a little drowsy at my desk after lunch, one is enough for me; if I'm really tired on the drive home from work, I can take two. Each order is sent in a very sturdy cardboard box to protect the bags of chews. Orders arrive swiftly and they always include a sample pack of six chews. These are great to pass out to friends so they can give the product a try. Their customer service is terrific as well and they are very responsive.

I wasn't sure when I got them that I would love them but I do now. They taste like tootsie rolls and give me enough energy to perk me up in the afternoon. Something I need especially when I take allergy meds that put me to sleep. They come conveniently wrapped so I can put in my purse for work.

Pretty good flavor and texture. I like that it's easy to get an exact amount of caffeine without wasting product, like if I tried to drink just half an energy drink. The flavor is chocolaty, but it's a fruity, almost floral chocolate taste, not just a clean dark chocolate taste.

I like the calories per chew vs Awake. The nutrition info is also impressive and I love the company story. I bought them to replace my beloved Beon Energy Gems dark chocolate and to compare to Awake. Unfortunately, I don't like the taste at all. Some compare the Pure Chocolate Energy Chews - with Caffeine - Dark Chocolate to Tootsie Rolls which seems accurate as I don't like Tootsie Rolls either (so that should have been a good warning to me). I loved the taste of Beon Energy Gems dark chocolate. Beon had 133mgs of caffeine and 25 calories per serving (of three gems so only 8.33 calories/gem, but also only 44.22mg caffeine/gem) plus a delicious taste. Unfortunately, the company dissolved without a successor, so I went back to the Awake with 50 mg caffeine, but 70! (delicious) calories. I'd like to support this company, but I can't handle the taste. I know healthier things are often not as tasty, but If these had been as tasty as the Beon Energy Gems dark chocolate OR the Awake dark chocolate, I'd switch to them in a heartbeat. I wish I'd tried the sample pack first so I could have given away the whole bag unopened.

My wife and I were thrilled to find this company and product! I had been buying another good energy chew from another company for a few years. Their order fulfillment became sporadic and unreliable. These energy chews by Purity and Grace taste good and provide a good boost of energy when needed. In each shipment they provide both an encouraging rubber “bracelet” as well as a sample pack for a friend to try. Great customer service too.

I just received these. I can't really give a good review. To eat one I had to scrape it off the wrapper with my teeth because of delivery in this weather. I'll stick them in the fridge but I think it too late, the damage is done. The taste was nothing special but also nothing offensive. I suppose the caffeine will still be as effective, but I can't say it is a reasonable way to eat them. Won't be buying them again, at least not until late September.

So I initially got a sample pack of these enjoyable and VERY effective chocolates in a box subscription my wife got me last Christmas. That subscription company could learn from Kristen & her company’s business practice. (still waiting on box #3 America’s Crate…7 months later & box #2 showed up only after numerous calls and emails) Due to frustration with the sub company I was reluctant to try these chocolates at all. Anyways Tried ‘em. Love ‘em. Amazing product!! They do exactly what they claim to do and they do taste as good as they claim to taste. I will support this company full heartedly. I ordered a 30 pack & the estimated delivery date was about a week…showed up in 3 days!! In addition I had another sample pack in with my order which I will pass along to try and “hook” someone else. LoL perfect pick up treat needed for after work and straight to a kids sporting event or just extra energy boost to get to the gym. A little rubber bracelet with some kind affirmations was a thoughtful gesture/gift. I hope this company continues to succeed. It is my perception that this is a Christian All-American company and that makes me feel better about giving my business to them. Good luck & GOD Bless

I was given a sample of this product from a good friend of mine. I tried them out and instantly loved them. They are the right amount of sweet and give you that little bit of caffeine boost that you need through out the day. I’ve been using these for about a month now and have been able to eliminate soda from my diet and have these instead. I take one when I first wake up with a cold bottle of water. It really helps me get going in the mornings and if I feel a little sluggish by early afternoon I will usually take another with lunch and I feel great the rest of the day. I’m really liking these a lot, they have given me a healthier alternative instead of drinking soda. Plus this company says it is 100% made and produced in the USA. So that makes me like it even more! Give them a try you won’t be disappointed. Also I can have a sensitive stomach to caffeine sometimes but I have not had any issues with these at all.
