Pros:The collars are gorgeous:1) The engraving is clear and doesn't appear to be etched like a laser engraver2) The materials used appear to be high qualityCons:1) I ordered two of these collars for my dogatis, and I measured both of my dog's necks. Only one of them fits, and it was for the larger necked dog (only slightly larger). I went with a medium because the smaller dog's neck fit into the range of measurement provided by the seller.2) Rationale behind running small:The reason these collars "run small" is because the eyelets used are set toward the end of the collar end that slides under the leather clasp are just too close to the edge. When you use the largest setting (which would allow the collar to fit,) the actual end of the collar cannot be caught under the catch. Basically, the collar IS NOT usable on the largest and second largest settings because the collar opens up and falls off when on the largest and second largest settings. See picture for reference.I have contacted the seller about returning the collar for a large instead of a medium. I am rating the collar a 5 star for now because I like the look of them, but I will lower it to a two star if I don't get a satisfactory response and outcome.Update as of 1.20.18: The seller promptly sent me a new collar to replace the one that was too small. No issues at all - will buy again in the future.

I am so very pleased with business practices of the seller. I believe I ordered the wrong size when I purchased the personalized dog collar and the seller sent a dog collar in the correct size and did not ask me to return the incorrect collar. They were quick and courteous. I will be purchasing another collar from them as a back up collar to show my appreciation.The collar itself is sturdy and well-made. It does not look like it is made of leather but has a “pleather” quality or even vinyl but includes suede leather accents or details. That being said, I am very pleased with the overall quality of this collar.

This review is based on their blatant attempt to lie and mislead us. The collar showed up. Looks nice. AND NOTHING OF IMPORTANCE ON THE COLLAR IS ACTUAL LEATHER. The decorative V's stitched in are the only thing of true leather, the rest of it is faux leather (pleather).

The photo of this item looks very sweet, but it appeared to be made from something other than leather. My dog weighs 4.5 pounds and is fully grown. The width of the extra small size was too wide for her, and the loop for tucking in the excess wasn’t ample enough to allow the “leather” to fit through. I would have returned it, but it came here from China, and I already was feeling awkward about the carbon footprint I’d already left from this purchase, so I had to throw it out. With the insufficient loop, I wouldn’t even hand it over to another small dog owner.

I ordered the XL because of my dog's neck size. When the collar arrived, it was too big. I contacted customer service and got an almost immediate response. They happily offered to send me a L, free of charge. As if that wasn't nice enough, they let me change colors, too.The collar is very well made. My dog is a big girl who destroys at least 2 collars a year. This appears to be more durable than any other collar I've gotten her.Just be aware that the collars come from China. It takes a long time for them to be delivered.

I got two of these one for my apbt the other for my corso/bulldog. I really like them. Only thing is I thought the blue was more of a turquoise color so I got it for my girl oh well it's still cute lol we get compliments all the time. My vet even wanted one when we went in for out yearly exam. I told her exactly where I had ordered. I've always had trouble keeping on dog tags and this way they had their name on them but we're also microchipped just in case a collar would slip off. I want them to come home as soon as possible. I'd order again.

I bought this color because I wanted the name plate on the collar feature, and something that matched my dog's Viking name, Meyla, and her blue eyes. I love that this collar is available in so many collars. The blue is a good match. It is hard to tell in the pictures, and I was afraid this would be plastic fake leather, but for the price, it was worth a shot; when I got it, I was so pleased! The quality is very good. It is real leather, stitched and padded, with solid belt buckle style closure, for a sturdy collar. Her name is spelled oddly, and the other text was complicated, but the tag is perfect. I am buying another in purple for my black and white husky.**Update; bought the large for my Husky puppy and it is just now fitting her at the tightest buckle size. She's 6 months old. It looks great in purple too, and the name plate is again perfect. She's been through 5 cheap collars in the last month, so I'm hoping (and optimistic, based on the first collar I bought) that this one will last. Also, based on the first collar, the color has faded, but I prefer it to how bright it looked at first. The engraving is still completely fine,even after several attempts to chew it with puppy teeth. So pleased with these collars!

I usually don’t bother buying nice collars for my dogs because they are farm dogs (GSDs) and they are always wet or dirty, or both. So when I buy collars for them I know they will be trashed in no time. These collars are holding there own so far. I got the teal for one and the purple for the other gsd. The threading on one got ripped already, and the colors might be fading faster than I would have expected, but I can honestly say it doesn’t bother me since they were so well priced. I like that the leather. I truely feel I got the most bang for my buck with these. Also, people constantly ask me about them. I could see this company getting more and more creative in design and colors and having continued success. When my dogs are done trashing the current collars, I will be a returning customer.Second transaction deserves 5 stars for customer service. Collars are still nice, especially for their price!

Ordered 2 of these and I love them.The only criticism is that the engraving could be deeper as I feel I'm going to be replacing the plaque in a couple months at most

Very pleased with these collars excellent quality and very well made, chunky thick leather that should last a long time. Engraving clear and again well made. All in all very happy with them I bought 2.

I was slightly apprehensive about how this collar would look and fit, but i needn't have worried at all.The collar was stiff, as you would expect, but has softened off very quickly with use. At the time of this review my puppy is 17 weeks old. The engraving is neat and overall, i'm very pleased.
