Good controller but 16-20% stick error and stick drift issue.
Excellent controller for the price. I was jsing cheap ant esports controller , then i mobed to cosmicbyte ARES controller , then powerA battle dragon core , finally purchased this one. Its worth it. Pros:- ---------- 1. Excellent joysticks feedback 2. XYAB and Dpad and LB RB all are mechanical. It gives awesome feedback while playing like a 4k rs mouse. 3. Battery is 800mah but for me lasts about 16-17 hours and more easily. 4. Trigger lock 3 stages are there. Its very useful in fps shooters. 5. 1000hz wired and 500hz wireless polling rate. Extremely useful and responsive. 6. 4 macro buttons which can be assigned to even LSB and RSB ones and obviously any other keys also using the program button. 7. When battery dies you can chatge and llay at the same time using given usb c cable. 8. Dongle is very well built and provides very good wirelless 2.4Ghz strength without latency. 9. Looks and feels awesome. 10. Packaging and powerA app for windows are great. Cons:- ---------- 1. Polling rate is 1000 hz in cosmicbyte blitz in wireless mode. But it is discontinued i guess , can't find it anywhere. 2. I checked using gamepad tester in pc, the sticks have an avg error of 8-16% in both sticks , which is not acceptable at this price point. As similar priced gamesir g7 has 0.1-0.5% stick error. But this doesn't affect gameplay for me. Its ot noticeable also. Overall a great controller with many features for the price. If u have around 7-8k budget can go for battle dragon pro wireless lumectra of 7.2k price. Or if u have 10-12k budget u can go for PowerA fusion pro wireless lumectra which has cool rgb and excellent controller for 10k.

The Prodcut is great but the software sucks.
That golden drgaon really took this to the next level...This is one of the most amazing, look and feel controller in the market but the few issues: 1. I played god of war just out of the box it worked fine but after calibration with the steam it stopped working on god of war and the motor also stopped working. 2. never worked on BT. 3 Calibration via their app or manual calibration sucks it just does do the calibration properly. so i returned it as the calibration isn't working. Guys if you are buying remember that even if you did calibrate it for once you are done for good.

A lot of features for the price with some caveats (Details in review)
This is a tentative review for the PowerA Battle Dragon™ Advanced Wireless Controller just after unboxing the device and testing it for a couple of hours. Build Quality and Aesthetics: Feels decent for the price, the grip and the surface of the shoulder, trigger and extra back buttons are textured, but it's basically patterned micro-ridges on the plastic, so it may feel harsh on some hands. Directional keys, ABXY and the shoulder buttons have mechanical switches so it feels quite nice and is responsive. The aesthetics are pretty appealing as well, I especially like the fact that the eye of the dragon decal lines perfectly with the front LED button, and the golden decal on the Advanced version of this controller is also pretty cool. No RGB lights but that's a pro for me. The weight is just right, neither too heavy nor too light like the flimsy cheaper controllers. Cannot comment on durability or longevity yet because I've just bought it. Will update this review later to reflect that. Functionality: I tested all three connectivity methods and it works alright. The USB C connector is a bit hard to get in the controller's USB C port, and there is no cover guard over it like some other PowerA controllers so it is slightly wobbly, but still firmly attached. Otherwise the USB cable is decently long (about 1.5 meters) and thick, but it's not braided, just has regular plastic insulation. The 2.4 GHz dongle is compact and offers adequate connectivity. I will update regarding the consistency of the connection later after some use. The bluetooth mode worked alright on my phone, but it malfunctioned on my Windows 11 laptop, while it connects to it, the button detection is messed up and even the PowerA PC HQ app doesn't recognize the controller as connected while on bluetooth mode. I suspect it has something to do with the bluetooth drivers on Windows 11. Will update if I manage to figure it out, but it's something to keep in mind if you plan using this over bluetooth. The PowerA PC HQ app itself seems to work fine. It has options to test and calibrate the controller, button mapping for the extra back buttons, turbo mode, sensitivity and deadzone settings for the joysticks and triggers, and vibration rumble force intensity options. You can also turn off vibration completely which I like. One thing to note is that the Y button might sometimes not register as pressed within the app, but it actually works alright when tested on an online gamepad tester. Stick Drift and Circularity: As can be seen in the attached screenshots, there is some very minor error in the calibration which makes the joysticks stay slightly off center, but it isn't actually drifting since it is not sending any continuous signal input. This can probably be adjusted in the app but it's not causing any problems. Regarding the 10% error in circularity, it seems these joysticks are built with an octagonal pathway as can be seen in the trace in the last image. IT seems pretty uniform and doesn't seem to cause any issues with gameplay. Overall, it is acceptable for the price and minor issues can be circumvented with the app. That is about it for now. I will test more with gameplay and latency and see how it holds up over time, as well as update about the battery life after further use. With the amount of features, it is definitely worth the price, especially since it is about half that of controllers with similar features and build quality. I would definitely recommend getting a cover case for it though since I learned from experience that dust and humidity kills a controller faster than anything.

Bluetooth Doesn't Work
Bluetooth doesn't work, and the official Battle Dragon app isn't able to detect it. It has stick drift out of the box and the sticks are not calibrated at all. The biggest reason I returned it was because the triggers are really bad. They don't fully go in, so the T3 feels like T2. My fingers started hurting really fast if I held it too long.
