We bought this maybe more than 3 years ago and it is always accurate. We ended up buy one for a relative of my husband as a gift and it worked fine for her

For the money this turned out to be a fine little bow scale. It accurately verified the pull of my bows and is easy to use. It feels natural in the hand and makes it easy to draw to my anchor point. Pleased with the purchase and the price. If it was much more expensive I might have gone with a different model, but for what it is and the price point, this works great.

I travel a lot and have issues of my luggage being overweight all the time. This scale is small enough to pack whenever on trips and helps me stay under the weight limit. It’s simple to use but it does get heavy having to hang the luggage in air with it for weight. By doing so I shake quite a bit so the numbers move slightly so I’m not as accurate. But overall a must have for frequent travelers

Hard to read the LED screen. Need to hold it at a certain angle.Sometimes took multiple tries to get a weight.

I bought this scale because i didn't want to spend the $80 on the Last Chance Archery HS3. It does indeed measure peak and hold (continuous) weight pretty accurately. That said, I had mine come apart on me with my bow at just shy of full draw, right at the point where the draw weight stacks, prior to the cam rotating into letoff. This resulted in a dry fire, causing my bow to derail, end loop came apart on my stock Mathews string, and it bent my top cam. Considering it cost me over $350 in repairs to a $1200 bow less than a month after i bought it, I can't in good conscience recommend it. Be very careful to only use this in a safe location, pointed downrange, with an arrow nocked. I only had this scale for about a month before it came apart. Lesson learned, I ended up spending the $80 for the known, reliable brand and have had no issues since.

…by other reviewers that this scale is not accurate. While it didn’t explode in my hand as others has experienced, it was not accurate. I was excited to get it and try it on my compound bow. The first reading was about what I expected. The second reading was 10+ lbs less and the third wasn’t close. I decided to give up on it early and return it.

Use it for bow weight. Perfect.Use it for luggage weigher. Perfect.

The unit itself works well. It measures your draw weight and holds the results so when you draw down you can see it. However the hook on the unit , if only it was turned 90 degrees it would hook onto your bow easily, but it really does not. Without the extra hook accessories you won’t be able to hook it onto your bow without severely twisting the string. The extra hook accessory means you cannot anchor normally and your draw length will be massively altered. It’s ok to get a rough idea of your draw weight, but without modifications you can’t use it accurately.

When I got it i checked my bow’s draw weight, then went to the local archery shop and had them measure the draw weight and they got the exact same reading as i got with this scale. If you want to adjust your bows draw weight this one is bang on. Two thumbs up

I used it to pull on a 50lb compound bow a few times for testing purposes and the hook already started to come loose and rotate easily. I don't feel confident in using it for testing anything over 20 pound pull weights.

This inexpensive scale works fine to measure and adjust compound bow draw length, which is what I bought it for.However, it arrived showing "Lo" battery....the twin CR2032 batteries were borderline and I had to put two new ones in the unit, so took off some stars because of that, for what would have been a 4 star rating.
