5/13/20 update: amazon re-enabled pics. 5/5/20: Pics say it all! (Nevermind, all pictures on reviews are disabled by Amazon at this time) PROS: 1) Looks great just like advertised. 2) installation on my vaulted ceiling was the same as a flat ceiling would be. (There were definitely caveats and lessons learned for the installation in general though! Discussed in my Cons and Notes sections below.) 3) I got the 3 color option (warm, cool, and white) which is perfect! I wish all of my lights had this option. You can cycle through the modes by toggling the light on/off. 4) It casts a nice pattern of rings and uplighting effect on the ceiling too! I bought some colored light filters, and customized the uplighting to have a nice rainbow effect :D Refer to the 4th pic. 5) Packaging was great. It arrived with one cracked crystal, but it comes with a handful of spares. Repair was simple. CONS: 1) The manual directs you to mount the bracket directly to the ceiling using wall anchors (which is unsafe and sloppy), instead of properly screwing the bracket into the existing ceiling receptacle. So instead of doing it the bad way, i provided my own 8/32" screws and washers to install the bracket into the receptacle. The chandelier then screws onto the bracket to finish the job. Note #1: you need two people to install this fixture (one installing the wiring and bracket, while the 2nd person holds up the chandelier for the installer). Note #2: The string lengths of the chandelier are really long, (i'd guess abt 4'). Because i only needed abt 2-3 ft for my ceiling, it was impossible trying to coil up all the extra string lengths in the cover plate while simultaneously trying to screw it flush onto the ceiling bracket. There are 9 strings total, of which 6 contain the led wires for the chandeliers and 3 are just plain support wires. I was able to snip off the extra lengths from the 3 support wires and this enabled me to finally mount the cover plate to the bracket. Our shoulders sure got tired, and remembering this for your install can help u troublshoot and finish the job quicker.

Very pretty light. Instal is a little challenging when needing to adjust hight. One cable is much thicker and will not slide . You will be forced to take the light down and adjust. In addition screws provided to install the housing in the ceiling are very small and hard to put on. Once installed,, it looks great.

The Chandelier looks absolutely stunning in my Microblading Shop which is in Union City GA, which if you’re interested in getting some Microblading done in Union City GA or Atlanta GA just simply contact me via Email at [email protected], shameful plug lol but getting back to this wonderful chandelier, it looks so great shines very bright white and it had broken crystals which I emailed the company and they sent me out new ones right away so I was very satisfied. The safety of my clientele is my #1 priority. Thanks for sending the replacement crystals so soon speedy delivery and this product is well worth the price thanks again.

I bought this to install into our new house that we were moving into. Didn’t get to install it until almost a year later. Upon opening, product seemed decent for the price, but one crystal was already cracked in the box, and when I unwrapped it, another fell off. Another fell off during install. At least they give you a few extra crystals in the box. Install wasn’t too bad since I have changed light fixtures many times prior, but directions were horrendous. Once I installed it, turned the power back on and...it didn’t work. Turned off the power, then uninstalled to check the connections, then tried again...and again, but did not work. Also wasted a lot of time untangling all the wires when I opened, cutting to the appropriate length, etc. complete waste of time, money, and effort.

comes with three extra pieces of glass, which is good because I needed to replace multiple pieces… the downside is that more pieces needed to be replaced than the extra pieces available. Looks fantastic, except that I know there are broken pieces and the little prongs that hold the glass in are not great quality- multiple prongs were also broken. It’s a pretty heavy light and the metal brace holding it up. Did not line up with the standard light hole (replaced another light). I did have to use the dolly anchors in the ceiling, but there is a gap and I’m a little worried. It’s going to fall down at some point. You can see a gap at the top where the cords are trying to escape. I think I paid around $50 for it so I wasn’t expecting the same quality as a $300 light, but I do hope it doesn’t fall in my head or start a fire. I do like the light, and I do hope the seller sees this and can print fried information on how to get replacement pieces, I’m not even sure how these broke during shipping…
