This turns out better than I thought. Everything was easy to put together. I wish it came with different mounting screws. They are about 5 inch metal Molly screws that expand when tightened. Used a 1/2 drill bit for it. Spring rim is hood. Backboard is ok and does the job. Better backboard higher price. This feels like a good deal. Nets are Terrible. Ordered a new quality net and woorks great.

Very nice for the price. The only thing that I would recommend is a little better instruction or picture for the assembly at the bottom of the adjustment cylinder.

UPDATE: After I submitted my review below the seller reached out and said that they would update their installation instructions and also offered a partial refund, they were very responsive and helpful so I changed from 2 to 4 stars. Pleasure working with them. This is a sturdy backboard and that is the best part about it. Installation is not difficult as long as you have 2 people. The “shatterproof PC backboard” that is referred to as “high rebound” is a thin piece of flimsy polycarbonate that is completely dead and not in any way “high rebound”. I honestly thought it was just a placeholder and went back to the box thinking that the real backboard must be in a separate container. Installation instructions are weak and the only guide as to how high to install the frame is actually in the product listing on Amazon, not in the included instructions. That dimension on the product listing says “professional install 8.75 ft”. Well, that’s what we did, and that is as low as the hoop travel goes. It will go up to 11 feet or so, which no one will ever need, so basically the playability feature for my younger kids that I thought I was paying extra for is not there. I would have to completely reinstall this in order to get it to do what is advertised. I would recommend going a different route if you want something worth the cost.

lol, this thing is junk. The back board is plastic and flimsy. No high rebound. It’s impossible to put together as the product only has brief description and low detail illustration. Junk. Need my money back.

Just amazing, buy it

The product itself is good. There were some issues with installation and customer service. The back board had a deep scratch when I got it. The metal mounting bracket was missing a pre-drilled hole (I had to purchase a drill and make a hole), and the paper template was not accurate for drilling the holes. When I spoke with customer service about this, they offer me $50 as compensation. I told them that $50 was not enough considering all the problems and that I had to buy additional tools to fix their product, but they wouldn't refund more than $50. To make things worse, the representative that I was speaking to was very rude and called me "money hungry" and told me that my "parents didn't raise me right", which I found very offensive. Be ware buying this product.
