Worst service experience
The vacuum failed in under 4 months. Repair was promised in 3 days, but took over two weeks with no response to calls or WhatsApp. It was returned dirty and dusty. Unreliable service and no respect for customers. Not recommended.

I got white colour instead of black. But i got full amount refund

Forgetful but good cleaner
Good cleaner BUT you have to control it from the app, otherwise it loses all previous knowledge about room topology and goes to discover room first and only then clean. Not a major hassle but no minor either, since it prolongs time necessary to do cleaning.

several defects in short time and no warranty
within 2 mnoths, the charging station damaged and needed a fix, then a new error stating battery high temperature. battery price is half the price of new robot!!! if the robot runs once outside AE, warranty expires too!
