Wanted a cheap & easy to carry tourniquet. Whilst this may do the job for for a medical car kit for emergency use. I would say it is limited to arms for adults as I doubt it has the reach to go around an adults thigh if needed. For small adults and children it may be OK. As its so cheap and packs down small it meets my needs for what I wanted. Time will tell if its robust enough.

It snapped but still works ok after a minor repair. Worth two stars from this reviewer in London United Kingdom

They actually exceeded expectations, specially for price paid for them. I have purchased these for blood flow restriction training (for arms). I was honestly expecting cheaper quality product due to low price and some reviews. However, I have used them in two workout for biceps and triceps and did the job just fine. I recommend this product.
