Q: Does fountain pen ink absorb and dry quickly without bleeding through?

The one I bought does not bleeding through when I use a fountain pen ink. I purchased the paper with straight lines across the page, so I don't know about the thick cream color paper.

Q: Is this compatible with A5 Webster Pages?

The hole spacing is compatible with the Webster pages. The pages sizes are almost exactly the same, with just a very slight difference that should not affect the use of the paper. I trust this helps.

Q: How is the weekly and monthly sections laid out? I plan on using tabbed monthly dividers.

No backside of the monthly calendar goes directly to the next month. I bought it for the same reason, I wanted dividers between the months & you can't do it.
