I cant seem to find these tea bags in the super market, so bought from amazon. they're quite expensive but taste really nice, much better than plain camomile and dont have the horrid valarium taste. I seem to sleep pretty well after a cup!

From someone who never used to drink tea at all, this one is really good. There is a lovely fresh taste of spearmint combined with some other gentle herbs. Great to have in an evening to keep cosy before heading to bed. Would definitely buy again.

I don't usually drink tea, especially herbal tea. However I've been having difficulty sleeping so I thought I'd give it a try. It doesn't taste to bad infact it tasted quite pleasant. It really. did help me sleep too by making me very relaxed and warm. I would recommend this product if you have difficulty in getting to sleep

A superb and delicious herbal tea with a mild and calming flavour. I cannot vouch for the authenticity that it actually aids sleep, however I always have a much better night after a mug of this tea.

I have anxiety but usually fall asleep quite quickly. Four nights ago I couldn't get to sleep at all - it was quite frightening & I felt pretty wretched the next day. The following night the same thing happened but, luckily, I'd already ordered this tea. I had a cup around half-an-hour before going to bed. It was calming & fell asleep in the usual way. I did the same last night & it worked again. I can't emphasise how relieved I feel & at this price it's worth a try.
