Read for repair
Held up very well for over a year, than one day stopped working completely. Repair is easy but you have to bypass the speed control and wire directly to the motor. After repair it’s been going strong 👍

Great for mixing gelato base
The product is fantastic and works perfectly. It is a bit bulkier than I expected, but that’s fine. It works perfectly for the ice creams we are making. I totally recommend it, but it should be handled by someone with experience.

Buyer Beware
Stopped working after less than 10 hours of use. Seems like buttons are stuck almost but just stopped working.

Phenomenal Mixing Tool!
WOW, this has been the most amazing tool! WAY better than I had anticipated. It is relatively quiet, as compared to my older version (different brand), and SUPER durable. Heavy duty, but not impossible to use. We were shocked at how well and how fast it blended. I'd say it's a fantastic value with superb functionality. We did buy an additional longer blending shaft so we could get through our jobs quicker. That was a great choice.

Not as smooth a puree as I'd like.
This simply doesn't get my tomato soup as smooth as I'm used to seeing. I leave it in on high for 10 minutes but it's still pretty gritty. Probably great for most uses. Not as strong a puree as I'd like. Update: one year later I'm buying a more expensive brand. This one can't get a soup smooth.

Perfect for mixing restaurant sauce in a bucket. Cleans easy and sound is quieter than most.
