A Great Product.
A few years ago I bought a Charlie Bear as a present for Christmas. She was delighted with it, and now she hopes and almost expects at least one every year. She is over the moon with her gifts and now has a collection of fifteen. And the good thing is that there are so many to choose from. A great product and gift.

I got my first Mocha and was super disappointed in the way the face looked. The fur was very uneven and you spend way too much for this little bear to not be happy with it. So, I contacted Amazon and they immediately sent me a new bear as long as I sent the other bear back. Such awesome customer service! I got my 2nd bear within a few days. This is my 8th Charlie bear for myself and I've bought about 6 bears for family. I usually only buy them during their Black Friday sales. Amazing prices and I highly recommend buying them during that time if you're wanting to get some of their really expensive bears. They cost about 60-70% less during that time. This little bear is to match my other bear named Chocolaté. They're only 8" but are super adorable! If you're needing some joy in your life I truly recommend these bears or any of their critters. They're made beautifully. Charlie Bears are a great way to spread happiness and love to someone you care about.
