Damage
The bottle was completely broken from downside & there was no serum left in that bottle

What's the point of receiving a broken product ?
Thanks to the excellent packing and wonderful delivery, both the bottles are broken and all the serum got spilled out and the package has absorbed it. And to top it off, this product falls under non returnable category. Excellent. 10/10.
