Very tasty

I use these drinks for a quick protein and carb hit after a long run. Can taste a bit ‘chemically’ and powdery. But they do satisfy my appetite for a couple of hours and they are convenient. The vanilla taste is okay. Not real food, of course, but they do a job. The multi-pack is good vale compared to shop prices.

Really nice flavour

Tastes a bit like the yoghurt half in the Müller corner with the tiny chocolate balls. These work fine as meal replacements, providing 400kcals with 20g protein. The consistency isn't thick, it's filling, and goes down easily. These have long expiry dates well into next year, and can be stored outside of the fridge. The only thing to note is that they're is made with oat flour, so if you have any digestive problems with that, this won't be for you.
