Really fills you up when you are not eating for some reason . I was recently bereaved and could not eat , but the container said it had everything in it . Am still having the odd now . Not cheap but it is a meal . Nice taste , not like milk shake though .

One full box is thick and lumpy almost half of each bottle ,so full pack of 8 need tipping .. I order this product regular and have never had this problem , on this occasion extremly disapointed as not a cheap product that i rely on for dietry requirment .
