this product is basically the raw base ingredient used in other brands like vanish and its fine. I use it for cleaning out stained teacups and that sort of thing as well as washing clothes

I used this to remove years of heavy tea stains in my teapot. I put about 2 heaped tbsp in and topped with boiling water. Absolutely no scrubbing. I peaked in after 12 mins and it was Brand new looking and white again. I wish I did a before and after photo. I use this to soak my white dishcloths in for a hour at the end of the day, works great for this. Will be buying again.

I thought I would try this laundry bleach as it had good reviews. Have used it a few times now and find it’s a good product. It doesn’t remove old stains but it’s a good replacement for my original whitener which was more expensive. So value for money and a good job done.

I use Ecover Laundry Bleach as a whitener and brightener for white towels and laundry such as my partner's white rugby shirt. Living in an area with extremely hard water, I’ve found that whites start to look a bit 'sallow' over time: this has really helped keep that at bay, even after repeated washes. I use it as per the description, either soaking stained items beforehand or adding it to a wash — either sprinkling it in the drum or adding it to the soap dispenser. It doesn't seem overly harsh on fabrics either compared with some other products — and still seems to do a great job lifting otherwise unbelievably stubborn marks (such as turmeric!). It costs just a few pence per wash so is an excellent eco-friendly, cost-effective addition to my laundry routine and I recommend it highly.

Not sure whether it is this laundry stain remover or my traditional bio wash powder plus pre wash plus 85 degrees in the washing machine which removed the stains in the white linen napkins. Wouldn't buy this again

The last Ecover product that seems to have stayed close to the original ingredients. It works and doesn’t seem as toxic as the rest of the range. (Have been buying since the 70s so I know/knew the brand well)
