Easy to use with a clear guide. If there is any difficulty in analyzing the mold sample, emailing customer service is the way to go. They give you a clear & detailed mold analysis with the effects of the mold, what causes the mold/the initial natural growth, & how to deal with it. Customer services was fast (response with a full report within the day I sent my photos), professional, & kind.

awesome kit very easy to use and fast online results, slumlord landlords should fear this product . easily identify household mold and issues hoping we never need it again but if we do would buy again

the product had clear instructions and worked great. I did all 6 samples disks in different locations. I did some as just open air exposure and some applying material from around windows and around the bath tub areas. After the samples sat for the recommended time, I sent pictures into the supplier. I was amazed that they sent me back a report the very next day, wow. They identified a variety of molds and yeasts. They gave some good information on each one as well as some tips for remediation. Great service. I would purchase again.

Easy to use test trays and worked exactly as I hoped. I needed to engage their experts to identify some of the resulting mold growths since they either all looked the same to me, or they looked nothing like the pictures in the guide book. I was hoping for a response within a week and got one the next day. These folks stand behind their product. Very happy.

Wow this was a simple test that you can do in an hour in your home. Most of that hours just putting the plates out with the q-tip over top waiting for it to develop and then putting them away in the box to grow. Had no idea there was so much mold under appliances all over the home. Mold growing on furnace filter, even tells you which mold and what symptoms you will experience which I was pretty surprised for the price of the test. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
