Product faulty
No remote control. This product is faulty. One wheel will not turn at all. The product moves in circles and not straight. It needs repair or exchange.

It Hoover's and mops at the same time!!! Bargain!
I love this little helper. It's a bit more clever than I expected. Works around furniture and along walls with dedication. Cleans in random patterns but seems to cover all areas eventually. Hard worker. Gets stuck on thick doormat, round curve based barstools and long loose cables. Smart robots not solved that problem yet, so I am not paying more till they do. Would benefit from more cloths as starter pack and clearer instruction on how to charge the battery first time. Day one was a headache. Day two and ongoing is hassle free. Just unplug from cable, fill tank and let it cruise along. I add a bit of disinfectant floor cleaner. Make house smell fresh! I let it run till battery is flat and put it to charge till next morning. It can work on 45 min timer but I don't use that.

You get what you pay for!
You definitely get what you pay for with this cleaner. On opening the box it’s obvious that this is a very plastic, cheap model. I have it a go and to be fair as a basic floor sweeper it does the job with small bits of dust and light debris. Unfortunately we needed it For a hardback floor and once you put the mop attachment on it really struggles. It just doesn’t have the traction to pull the mop and end up wheel spinning and going round in circles. We’ve sent it back for a refund and purchased the Bagotte instead which is 10 times better but nearly 3 times the price.

Robots are taking over the world
For the price this is a great entry into the world or robot vacuums. First one broke after a week but was exachnage straight away with no haste

Had it for 2 months broken already did a pretty good job but avoid..

Worthy for the HARD Floors - Ok for Carpet (thick)

A hover bot that works just the bump and go is not great.
Good pick up on a large tiled area mainly dog hair. Not used the mopping as yet. Just slow to work around a large area from one jump to the next.
