THIS PHONE STOPPED WORKING IN DECEMBER 2024 I TRIED BUYING NEW NEW CHARGERS AND THE PHONE STILL WONT COME ON AND IT HAS NO WATER OR DROPPED I TRIED CALLING AMAZON AND GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THE COMPANY Y'ALL'S KNEW THAT THIS PHONE WAS NO GOOD AND TOOK MY MONEY AND GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND I CANNOT GIVE THIS PHONE A RATING BUT ZERO I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR A NEW PHONE π€¬π€¬π€¬

After charging, the back of the phone is hot from the battery overheating. The heat from the phone cracked my screen.

Complicated phone, it freeze on browsing, to slide with the finger is horrible I had to tried a couple of times before getting the call..So disappointed π
