I’ve been using this product for a while now and it works great. I haven’t had any issues with it. The connectivity is solid, the camera quality is good, and there’s no lag as long as you have a good internet connection. Overall, it’s a great product that delivers exactly what it promises.

We’ve had so much fun with our Rola! Purchased for Christmas 2024, and writing this review March 10, 2025. The packaging wasn’t in the greatest shape when it arrived, but this did not affect the internal packaging or any of the electronics within. Set-up was easy and we got to play right away. My bulldog is obsessed! He comes running when he hears it rolling around. The motor is a bit noisy when you have the sound on in the app and there’s a lag between when someone speaks through the Rola. Those are the only complaints I have and they don’t make it any less fun to use. I have about 4 family/friends that have access through the app and can pop in and say hello while rolling around the living room and we love it! The app notifies me who and when anyone logs on. If you don’t want anyone to pop in, it’s easy to toggle access within the app. The charge on this thing lasts forever! We’ve charged it only twice since Christmas. I could go on and on, but I’ll just say, for the price, it absolutely worth it and I highly recommend! Pain in the a** to get it to connect to Wi-Fi. But it's cute. It's fun. It serves it's purpose. That's purpose for us is to allow dad to interact with the kids a little more frequently. Dad's work schedule doesn't allow him to see them that much. This allows him to pop in from time to time. And it can climb the small space between the hardwood floor and the carpeted bedrooms.

If you're techy maybe this is for you. It had one good use in it. Reset button not working. After a while of trying to troubleshoot it, the little voice starts to make you angry. It's absolutely adorable with the little pawprint tread on the wheels and getting to control it the one time it worked. Great video quality. It's also quite sturdy, as I was throwing it away it fell onto concrete and barely has a scratch, so if it works for you and falls off a counter it should be a-okay. I am not interested in another one. Not interested in calling support, I feel when we purchase something it should be fairly simple for us to read the instructions and figure out on our own in layman's terms, seeing as we're the ones trying to use it in our day to day life and don't have time to call support every time something goes wrong. We'd be on the phone all day. I fell cuteness trumps the functionality in this case.

I purchased this to monitor when my puppy wakes to go potty or when I leave the house. The device allows you to talk to your puppy or play things like cat noises. Initially, I had trouble connecting the device to my home Wi-Fi. Finally, I was able to connect the device to my home guest's Wi-Fi. It works perfectly.

Just as cute. My son or his fiance sends it out to me. I'm amazed how the sound is good.

This is so fun to have. The dogs even try playing with it.

This thing is is great but still has issues. Its purpose is definitely excellent and excels in what it advertised. Downfall of the unit is it is better suited for mid to smaller breeds of dogs. I have a German shepherd that thinks it’s a chew toy and it is now broken and has tooth/claw marks all over it. I still do not regret my purchase but wish it was a little more durable.
