Great salami and great flavors.
Enjoy every flavor. Great for a social gathering or to eat alone as a snack. Have never been disappointed in this product. I usually purchase them when visiting California at the local farmers market. Foustman has a stand and you can taste test them. Shelf life 1 year just refrigerate after opening. I do pay more when I purchase from Amazon but it’s better than stuffing your suitcase.

Delicious and will buy again.
This is such a delicious option! I made several charcuterie boards with this specific product, and it was always the star of the board! I can’t recommend this enough.. it’s delicious. Not excessively fatty, and not overbearing garlicky either. Great quality.

Perfect!
Love the garlic lamb. Rosemary lamb not so much. I’ve tried several of these and liked them all. Beef is very good. I gifted a few of the hot ones. They were a hit. Be careful ordering one in extreme heat. One of the beef salamis was oily from high temps I think. *****

A nice change from beef
New choice of sausage log for us. It was a bit spicy but served on Ritz crackers was ok. Lamb is healthier so this was our only option to taste lamb.

Delicious!
I was looking for something different for my charcuterie board. I bought one to try and I loved it. Best at room temperature. I will definitely be ordering more for the holidays.
