Good quality which is reflected in the price.
The item is exactly as advertised. Fits & works well. Heats up quickly and can get reasonably hot. You get what you pay for. I would recommend the higher cost than others for the overall quality.

Doesn't power on
Got mine today. Charged over 2 hours. Doesn't work. Irregular light pulse when charging assuming faulty product.

Money well spent
Bought for the wife to help her pyshiotherapy after having knee replacement and she loves it! Upon recommendation from her pyshio and with just two 5 minute sessions a day, she says her knees feel a lot better. Her walking has improved and the knees are not as painful as it used to be after the op. Money well invested if the wife feels better after using it. Would recommend it to anyone who has had knee surgery, wife can't praise it enough.

Good for post op knee
Using it after a knee replacement as my physio recommended red light therapy. Light massage. Doesn’t really get hot. Hope it speeds up recovery. Fits knee well

Ich habe das Gerät heute bekommen und gleich ausprobiert und schon nach der ersten Anwendung verspürte ich eine Verbesserung,ich bin total zufrieden.Da ich dickere Beine habe sitzt es bei mir perfekt,ich bin mir aber ziemlich sicher das es bei schlanken Beinen nicht so gut halten wird und rutscht.
