I have been using this vacuum cleaner since a month now. It’s top class in both day mopping and wet mopping. The results are amazing and I am left with a clean dust free house. I purchased the Deebot N30 Plus about a month ago and have been using it on multiple floors in my home. Overall, it has been performing very well. The cleaning efficiency is excellent, and it effectively removes dust from corners and hard-to-reach areas. The sensor accuracy is also impressive, helping it navigate smoothly around furniture and obstacles. Another feature I like is that it can be controlled from multiple devices, which makes it very convenient for family use. However, I have noticed 2–3 times that the robot stopped mopping before completing the entire area and returned to the docking station automatically. While this has not happened frequently, it is something that could be improved. Despite this minor issue, the overall performance is very good, and I would recommend the Deebot N30 Plus for home use. It offers effective cleaning, good navigation, and useful smart features at a reasonable value.

First Impressions – Good The packaging was solid and well done. Both the robot and the docking station feel sturdy and premium. However, I did notice that the mop pad wasn’t perfectly aligned with the mop plate out of the box, which could have been better. Instruction Manual – Average The manual gets the job done, but it could definitely be clearer and more user-friendly, especially for first-time users. Mapping – Decent The mapping process was fairly quick and efficient overall. However, during the initial runs, it failed to detect my refrigerator and bumped into it head-on twice. This only happened during fresh mapping, but it’s something to be aware of. Dry Vacuum – Good Performance here is impressive. The suction is strong, and the automatic suction boost on carpets works well (you can toggle this in advanced settings). I also liked that it can navigate under furniture if there’s enough clearance—very convenient since you don’t have to keep moving chairs or rearranging things every time. Wet Mopping – Good For regular cleaning, the mopping does a good job. However, tougher stains weren’t completely removed in standard mode, so you may need multiple passes or higher settings for deeper cleaning. Application – Average The app works but has its flaws: Occasionally throws timeout errors Cleaning logs are not accessible when the device is offline These issues can be a bit frustrating and could use improvement. Customization Options - Suction Power: Quiet, Standard, Strong, Max Water Flow Rate: Low, Medium, High Cleaning Passes: x1, x2 What Could Be Better - 1. A battery health indicator on the device itself would be really helpful 2. Water storage in the docking station instead of the robot would improve convenience 3. Including an extra mop pad in the box would be a nice addition Important Note This device requires a 12 AMP socket, which isn’t very common in most Indian homes. Make sure you have a compatible socket installed before purchasing. Overall Verdict A solid cleaning robot with good vacuuming and decent mopping performance. While there are a few usability and app-related issues, it still delivers well for everyday cleaning needs.
