Jumpstart Your Liver to Ultimate Health!!
There are so many things about our bodies we don’t know. We always seem to hear about heart health but our liver is just as vital as our heart. But not much information is out there in order to help our liver function properly.I personally learned so much from this great resource. It is so informatively detailed without being overwhelming. It is like reading a medical book for the average person and Grady does it well. I never realized that the liver is the largest internal organ and all its functions. I was totally surprised to learn what can overload your liver such as medicines, caffeine, sugar and processed foods. But equally amazed at what that overload can lead to such as poor sleep, headaches, sinus problems and heartburn. Excellent is the detailed info on the foods to avoid and foods that will support your liver function. I loved the chapter on what herbs and supplements to incorporate into your lifestyle. But the liver flush is amazing! Grady teaches us to use simple and easy-to-find ingredients and in seven days you can jumpstart your liver to function properly again with even some other surprise benefits. The great thing is you won’t feel like you are starving to death while detoxing! Overall I couldn’t get enough of this excellent resource that belongs in everyone’s home that if followed will clear the way to ultimate health of your liver!!

A small and easy read handbook concerning the maintenance of the Liver.
After reading the book, for me it looks like actually I won’t gain much by going through the 7-day diet, as I can see that my daily eating and drinking are rather equal to much of what we in the book are learning as actually being the optional healthy. But by reading the book I for example learned that the liver actually likes alcohol less than I thought, because daily we are getting the standard advise that, for men, it’s alright with up to 14 beers/alcohols during a week, but here we read that for cleaning the liver totally, then 30 days with no alcohols at al.The book is fine in informing us about which work the liver performs, among other storing the vitamins A, D, E, K, B12, besides mineral, other nutrients, and helpful herbs. And we learn about food to avoid, as saturated fats, sugar, and so on, and opposite to this to take fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats and water. All together a nice little helpful handbook when it comes learning about increasing the health, the liver, by going through a health 7-day service, especially if the health not is too good.

great cleanse it’s just missing the enema before and after!
It’s super important to do an enema before and after the cleanse to not cause internal intoxication once you released the stones. Some of them get stuck in your colon so doing an enamel is so important!

WARNING-Possible health risk!
Warning! I went on the internet to find the medical background of the author. Nothing! I still ordered the book thinking the author would include her medical background in the book. Nothing! Instead a medical warning before using the procedure outlined in her book. I immediately returned the book back to Amazon. BEWARE!

Very easy read, and informative; it'll push you to 'flush:)'
I read this in ONE day:) This was very easy to follow, and it made me realize how very important our liver is; I was excited to try this, and I'm very grateful that I did this flush. I had 2 brain tumors/surgeries in the past (5 yrs apart), and I want to keep my body as healthy as possible, so that I do not have to go through that again, which is why I bought this book. The recipes were extremely easy and affordable, and I am one to kind of grab any healthy food, from my fridge or cupboards, on my way out to work/and eat whenever/wherever, and I was a bit worried that I'd feel limited with the 'diet.' I sure didn't, and it was really nice to know what I was going to eat every day/and when, and very refreshing/rewarding to finish it. I have detailed blood work this Wed, so I'll see how good my results are, soon.
