Product itself was a replacement birthday gift, box was badly damaged and I mean, it was like someone had stood on it. Thankfully my daughter wasn't fussed but had this been for someone else, it would have been unacceptable. However I haven't marked the product down because this could have been done in transit. Apart from the damaged box the items inside were all as shown and it took my 6 and 8 year old very little time to put together, stickers and all. The clips can be a little tricky so they needed some help with those but other than that, very easy for kids to do on their own.
