It helps to lift the brow and tighten facial muscles which has the effect of reducing hooded eye you need the use it daily for a couple of minutes depending on how hooded they are

Can you use aloe vera gel with this I've tried anagel and not sure if that's caused my skin reaction itchy prickly rash

I doubt that would work. The gel rio supply is a conductive, without it the electric pulses needed to work the muscles the unit would not have any effect. There may be alternative brands of conductive gel you could use but I doubt aloe vera would work (unless it happens to conduct electrical currents, which I don't think it can)

no if you were too use once a week it will keep mucsle firm. it is easier to keep them tight than to tighten them up in later years.
