COELIAC WARNING!!
COELIAC WARNING!! I brought this as the product specification said 'gluten free'. however when it arrived the packaging clearly reads 'may contain traces of gluten'. I don't think this is acceptable. The product should be clearly labelled as 'May contain gluten' on Amazon if this is the case. My partner has had to use this as he is not coeliac like me. The things he bakes look great and he is happy with the taste. If you are not concerned about whether or not the flour is gluten free then this might be the right flour for you.

Caution look for smaller size if new to this flour.
Bought this as wanted gluten free and Tiger Nut in general is supposed to be this way. But fails to specify as flour contains traces of nuts, gluten, etc so very misleading. I would have steared clear of this otherwise. So not happy. Also when I did use it ,it is far too sweet for my liking, I did not need to use anything on my pancakes just topped it with fruit.So if you have a very sweet tooth and do not mind a high concentration of sugar in your food and no allergies then this flour is fine for you.I certainly won't be buying this type of flour again.

Simply amazing
This flour is amazing for making tigernut milk. I just mix it with water and sieve- but you’ll need a fine mesh cloth for this as the powder is very fine. The milk tastes as good as freshly made tigernut milk, and if you make it thick enough you don’t need any sugar or sweeteners. Simply amazing!

Works well in biscuits.
This isn't particularly fine, but works well in biscuits. I understand how careful people with coeliacs have to be, but I've double checked the label and cannot see any gluten/wheat extra ingredients and cannot see any warning about possible traces.

Needs a finer "grind" or "mill" to eliminate slight crunch once cooked!
Great replacement for wheat flour. This version could do with a "finer" grind or mill to eliminate a slight crunch in the cooked product! Otherwise taste is great! You would not realise that it wasn't normal wheat flour!
