I purchased this product for my girlfriend. Early stage it works good. After 4months it makes minor issue. One side not working. And we sent it to service center.

I recently purchased these earbuds, hoping for a reliable audio experience, but they turned out to be the worst earbuds I’ve ever used. While the sound quality is decent, the battery performance is abysmal. Just five days after purchase, the earbuds began draining completely within 10 minutes, even after a full charge. This makes them practically unusable. To make matters worse, the return policy is incredibly restrictive. With only a 10-day window for returns, I was unable to return the product after discovering the issue. This lack of flexibility in the return policy feels unfair and customer-unfriendly. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the purchase experience. I’d strongly advise others to avoid these earbuds and consider alternatives with better reliability and customer support.

Absolute garbage of a product! Amazon has tied up with cheap local brands to sell faulty and defective products. The box was fine, but inside the usb cable to charge the wireless earbuds is absent and also the wireless earbuds are not connecting to laptop or phone or any device for that matter when trying to return and replace the item it says that both of these are not possible as the item is out of stock Therefore it is clear that Amazon has indulged in cheap buisness of selling defective products to get rid of them while also making easy money conviniently using terms like OUT OF STOCK IT IS AN ABSOLUTE SHAME THAT AMAZON HAS TIED UP WITH LOCAL BUISNESSES TO MAKE A FEW ILLEGAL BUCKS AT THE COST OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND BUISNESS INTEGRITY

Purchased this for 499 during sale. Am totally happy with the value it provides for the amount I bought. First the sound quality has flat profile, dont expect bass perf like other cheap TWS. It perfect for office purpose and mics are good in indoors. Not suitable for gaming. Build quality is plastic and nothing to complain for this price. Hinge quality also good and satisfying wherever its closed.

After use of a week found the worst problem in the sound control 🎛️ system. It stable on a fix sound. Tried to high or low but it won't work. Sound quality is just average as comparison to other in this range.
