It's a must have product in every household. Works so well. Easy to use immediately after reading the manual. Can use even if there is no prior experience in sewing. It has many functions. Need to place it on a table to sew comfortably because it comes with a foot pedal for motor control. Low on weight easy to carry with the handle given. Overall product quality and built is good.

After using months, this is a horrible product.who are serious about stitching should not buy.it works like a toy. I started stitching but honestly for a three hours job two and half hours is only go for setting bobbin, thread cut problems, needle setting,cloth stuck,foot pedal wont move. Service part is the utmost worst.service person wont come,you have to call him multiple times,he will not respond,even if so he talks rudely.lot of people suggested me to go for some second hand jack or any old iron based body but just because by seeing brand and other features i made a mistake of purchasing this item. This product may have given good performance to others but for me it is waste of money. You cannot stitch continuously for more than 30/60mins. Even for straight simple stitch just after a while it starts troubling. Very much disappointed with this product. Will never suggest to anyone who have passion for stitching.
