I can't say *I* like this stuff
Well, I can't say *I* like this stuff, but my cat does. I have no idea if it's good or not. I'm not in the habit of eating cat food. But he eats it regularly and has had no complaints so far. Maybe because he's never eaten anything else and doesn't know better. But still, he keeps eating it, so it can't be too bad.

recommend this to them
This is the second time we have ordered this. Our cat is diabetic, when it comes to food that means NO GRAIN, low in carbs, high protien. Hard to find in a cat food, but if you know someone with a diabetic cat, recommend this to them, Hill's Science Diet Kitten food, it is the only kitten food I know of that comes in a regular size can. It was recommended by the vet at the kennel that took care of him while we were on vacation. In spite of it being good for him, he gobbles it up as if it were a bowl of his favorite junk food. LOL

Great step up from weaning formula
I bottle feed orphaned kittens from time to time and it can be difficult to get them to move up from formula to solid food. This food is an easy transition for them and I've never had any negative effects from it. Not all brands make a wet kitten food and I think this brand is good quality without being outrageously expensive.

Healthier. Not too much bad smell
I noticed this product made with healthy ingredients compared to other products. Also, smell not bad. My kitten eats it very slowly which make her feel healthier all the day.I will keep getting these

Ok just not for us...
Kitty's will only eat it as a last resort. Not the food just picky kittens.

Great food for a great price
I really like this. It was easy to order for my cat. With amazon prime and free 2 day shipping. I mean, how much more convenient can it get? The food is actually really good quality. A quick check of the ingredients and you find that it provides a balance of protein, fat, and carbs. A big plus was the fact that my picky eater cat really liked it!

good quality for kittens
Gotta go with the Salmon flavors because I have trouble getting my kittens to eat chicken-flavored products, just no accounting for individual taste I guess... Yes, my kittens do like this particular Hills salmon one.I'm sure this is a quality product based on my quality veterinarian's recommendation, so...

cats just don't like Science Diet
Our four kittens do not love this brand of cat food. The prefer pretty much every other brand of kitten food, from the basic cheap stuff (Friskies, etc.) to the high end gourmet all natural stuff you get at specialty shops. We only bought this because it was the only brand that came in the larger and therefore less expensive cans -- since we have four to feed, single serving cans get expensive! This is the type of food with soft "nuggets" of food covered with "gravy". Our vet recommended that we not get that kind of food, because it contains less protein (important for all cats) and fat (important for kittens) than the traditional "pate" style food. This is my third try with specialty food from Hills Science Diet. The first was "kd" (kidney diet) for a cat with renal failure. That, too, was not a hit. The second time was for an overweight cat -- I guess technically it would help him lose weight because he didn't want to eat it, but the real result was his complaints and us getting a different brand.I'd never tried a wet food from Hills so I gave it a shot, but this will be the last time.
