Bring every MIDI device around into your music, with room to grow. Everything talks to everything else, whether it's modern or vintage. Powerful MIDI merging/filtering/processing, lots of ins and outs to streamline your setup. It's the iConnectivity flexible workflow. mio10 is a proud member of the most innovative line of interfaces on the planet. The MIDI interface is reinvented.

Dual iPad midi music rig ***PERFECT***
iPad music is still very much a work in progress with regards developers compatibility with other developers leading to apps freezing or becoming unresponsive needing restarted etc. You learn which ones work together and avoid the ones that dont! The midi troubles I was having I believed to be hardware related so I took a punt on the mio2...I was using a cobbled together midi setup with 2 x iPad, Edirol UM1SX, bluetooth midi dongle and my Line6 Stomp.Midi was glitching, sticking notes and latency. The setup:Novation ReMote 25SL controller keyboardMiDi cable IntoEdirol UM1SXIntoUSB Powered HubIntoiPad Pro 12.9" (Master running Group the Loop and Gadget 2 and Link to MiDi)Out via Edirol UM1SXIntoLine6 Stomp (Link to MiDi clock sync)Out via => USB MiDiInto Powered USB-C HubintoIpad Pro 11" (6 x soft synths 2 x D1, 2 x Model D and 2 x FM Player 2)AUDIO:With some creative audio routing utilising the Stomp USB Audio and auxiliary send I end up with 2 stereo pairs and Zoom H6 USB audio (iPad Master) mixed down to Stereo Master OutStuck Notes, Glitching, MiDi Clock, Latency ***RESOLVED***The mio2 MiDi interface can support 2 x PC's (or iPads) simultaneously, can filter out the noise and glitches and ultimately resolve glitching. It took a bit of programming via the PC and trial and error till I got what I wanted. The programming s/w is pretty good to be fair, you just need to get your head round the many ports available and which ones to keep active and which ones to close in order to keep it all glitch free.It is a tiny box made of steel with quality sockets about the size of a BOSS guitar pedal. No power supply is required as it is buss powered. Totally did the job for me = V happy. On a side note:I had an issue with my audio interface (Zoom H6 - brilliant bit of kit) with it connecting and disconnecting randomly from iPad Master when the mio2 was connected to the same USB Hub. It turns out the cheap (£17) Hub was not up to the job so swapped it out for a spare ancient but built like a tank USB2 hub I had knocking around...problem solved.Defo a recommended bit of kit!

Works out the box
It works right out of the box, or it would have done if I wasn't a fool.I have a new Korg D1 Digital Piano which is midi only, after connecting it all together it didn't work. I gave up.After actually reading the instructions, OUT connects to IN and IN to OUT.. well.. sue me.. I thought you needed to connect the corresponding lables..anyway, after a case of the dumb, these connect great, the driver is auto-installed and off it goes.Be smart and read the instructions, don't be a fool like me.

Great kit but now superseded
This is a nice bit of kit and really flexible for configuration options (MIDI routing, remapping, filtering etc).Don't bother with the Auracle software for configuring though. That's awful.Use the older iConfig utility. However this model is now superseded by the new XL range from iConnectivity that also has new X-Series configuring software. I've not yet tried either but its quite a bit more expensive. So if you want to save money this kit is still great for most requirements.

iConnectivity midi mio 1-in 1-out USB To MIDI Interface for PC
Excellent product. I bought a cheap cable and that was my biggest mistake. This cable is not as expensive as a Roland one but it performs as good. No latency.Easy install, no drivers required.Love it

Finally
I've struggled with getting my keyboard pedal to get interpreted properly by my computer for ages (it was getting picked up as a note) and changing my rubbish cable to this one has fixed the issue completely! Worth the price.

Fantastic!
Great we cable. Was looking for something to hook up my microkorg to Ableton on my laptop - and it did exactly that. I'm now noodling away in midi heaven. Look no further at that price too.

Perfect for Ipad Pro + Korg Volca FM
It works perfectly with Ipad Pro + Korg Volva FM. I tried with other cables from Amazon and I had to return them.

Worked straight from the box.
Couldn't believe it would work to connect our 1991 Casio keyboard to our Chromebook. Worked like a dream straight out of the box.
