Loud, and proud
Installed one of these as a rear exhaust fan, along with 2 140mm bgears blaster fans in the front. As I said in my review for the 140mm fans, this sounds like massive overkill, but my PC is huge and densely packed with drives and pcie cards, including a sas 9361-8i which runs VERY hot, and requires a great deal of airflow to keep it cool enough that it's not constantly throttling and craj resetting itself (a common issue with servers that do not have sufficient Cool air intake). All together they are loud enough that I can still hear them downstairs in the garage, but my case (an older Lian Li V2120B) has foam insulation on the sides. So it comes down to near normal noise levels when they're installed. Using rubber bushings on the screws will also help reduce noise as well as vibrations by isolating them from the case body.I plan to replace the foam with dynamat which should make it near silent.I haven't had them installed long, so I can't comment on endurance, but I see no reason to think they won't last just fine if they haven't exploded by now (if failures are going to happen, they're most likely to occur sooner rather then later).

~10°C Degrees Cooling Across the Board
This is an amazing case fan if you have reasonable expectations of it.Even at the lowest operating voltage (for my setup this was just a hair over 4V) this thing is not quiet. It's about as loud as the blue air filter I have when that filter is set the lowest setting. At full blast it's as loud as a blow dryer. My fan curves make the noise very tolerable in the environment that I have it in.I have this fan installed in the rear exhaust slot of a Corsair Carbide 100R silent edition, with two Phantek-PH140's for intake. I have 5x 3.5" HDDs installed, and one 2.5" HDD and one 2.5" SSD.Before installing this my CPU temperature idled around 40°C and hit 55°C or so during peak. However, I mostly purchased this for hard drive cooling in a NAS box, as these CPU temps are fine. Before installing, my HDDs idled around 42°C which was concerning for me as for most hard drive manufacturers this is 18°C short of the max operating temperature, and would peak out closer to 50°C than I could tolerate. After installing my drives consistently idle 10°C cooler and peak at less than before. My CPU idles about 12°C cooler. There are a lot of different ways to go about cooling a setup. For my physical environment, case, needs, wants, and budget, this worked beautifully.tl;dr: louder than any other case fan you've ever used and completely worth it if it fits your needs and environment

Loud and effective; drops HDD temps 12 degrees C
Product description says they're loud and they are amazingly loud. So, noise level gets a 5.Anyhow the nas has 12ea 8T Ironwolf drives installed in a Rosewill RSV-L4412U hotswap caseWith stock fans SMART reports HDD temps 31C-33CAfter replacing the stock fans with these, HDD temps are 18C-19C.The server lives in the basement so the expected noise is not a problem. These fans would never be OK in a place where people are working.

Phoenix delivery drivers stealing fans?
Ordered 3 sets 120x38 fans 3 times, one of those(the 2nd) was through customer service, & all 3 times they disappeared while out on delivery. So Phoenix Same-Day & Next-Day buyers beware.Other then that, I have other Bgears 120 fans that are awesome so you will get a great fan if it gets delivered.

For people who want range and performance
This fan is awesome and still better than the NF-A14 Industrial I was using.Ignore the other reviews complaining about getting a used fan or whining about the noise. These fans are literally supposed to be loud because they're moving so much air and if you get a fan in bad shape, that is definitely the seller's fault. All in all, this fan is the only one that can actually try to keep up with my dual 140mm b-Blasters and I've turned it into an intake that puts an F-5 tornado directly onto my CPU heatsink. None of the other weak, "quiet" fans can hold a candle to the absolute torrent of wind that this is. If you're to lazy to set up a fan curve so that this fan stays quiet until your CPU is at 75% load, that's your problem, not this fan.

The internet lies about how loud 45db is...
The internet says that 45db is normal conversation volume, well, that might be true, but only if that conversation was a constant, Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. This is definitely too loud if you're looking for anything even close to quiet. Stick to things under 35 DB. That being said, this thing moves an IMPRESSIVE amount of air for it's volume. I've used a Delta 120mm fan and, well, 60 DB is too loud to even think straight with. This one I'd just call "mildly annoying" to be in the same room with.Long story short, put it in your server, not your desktop.

Good working high perfomance cooler.
This is a good working high perfomance cooler whitch is is little bit louder, than promised in product description. Noise level compared to other products still at a low level. High cooling performance with low power-comsumption at a unusual size of 70mmx70mm. Shovel of cooler are very thin and sensitive. Handy with care, one shovel war brocken after touching it. A have byied this item 2 times from USA. I am located in germany, this high performance product not available germany.

The motor almost sounds like it shifts as it spins up
ProsI believe the CFM rating on these is accurate! The motor almost sounds like it shifts as it spins up. It ramps up and then REALLY ramps up!If you can only mount one fan, this will keep anything cool!ConsThe dBA rating on this is NOT accurate. I expected it to be loud with the 45 dBA rating but it was much louder than my Delta AFB1212SHE 151 CFM fans which are rated at 53 dBA!!ThoughtsIf you want FAST and don't care about noise buy this! It is beast! Just make sure to also buy a fan grill.

Only 3 fans Why not 4 OR maby 2
Fans are more noisy than the description, They moove some air can not complai about that but the problem is that the seller limited to 3 PKS for buyer i dont know why but i have payed for the Bgears b-Blaster 90 x 38 mm 2 Ball Bearing 4500 RPM DC Fan JUST £ 5.76 FOR ONE so maybe that is the reason the seler limits the number of fans you can uy so he can sell them double the price after a couple of days SO the increase of price decreased the stars from my review and it deserves just 1 starr for the fan as quality is not worth the curent price, is too noisy.

RIDICULOUS PRICES
I love the fans yes they are noisy but for mining they keep my rigs cool only problem is the price.... Why does it fluctuate so much? I've paid£ 5.99 for the 90mm then next time it's £19.99 ridiculous pricing and you are limited to 3... Why? Surely you want to sell as many as possible? Anyway get the prices set at a reasonable rate and don't put a limit I would give 5 stars

Noisy as hell
First the description looked like 2 fans very annoyed I received only one, description is misleading.I quote.."Bgears b-Blaster 50 mm 2 Ball Bearing 5000 RPM DC Fan with Excellent Airflow upto 17 CFM "The fan arrived and it's making loud ticking sounds at low speeds and is very noisy at high speeds. No way can you get the fan to operate under 40db at low or high speeds.

Move decent air
Used these on sim rig for wind simulation. Not strong enough on their own. But with a air straightening nozzle on front work surprisingly well. Moderately Noisy at full speed, but expected when moving a lot of air.
