Wow!!! These have seriously changed my life for sleeping! I had a pack and felt like I slept really well. I ran out and after two nights without them I truly realized what an impact it had on my quality of sleep, but also how I felt all day the next day. I get a stuffy nose and when I wear these, I can breathe clearly all night but also all the next day. I have given a couple to friends who were skeptical and they all have said how blown away they were with the changes! 1000% worth it! Just try them once and you will see how crazy good they are.

I bought these from their website in the past, and I had a great experience with them. I was glad to see they were on Amazon, because it's much more convenient. However, probably because Amazon requires that the prices be the lowest on Amazon, I believe they scimped on the glue in these in order to lower the cost. These things just don't stick. I can go through 4 in a single night, and unless I get a lucky one with more glue, I'll just have to give up. Completely worthless. I'll try them from their website one more time, and if they have more glue I might consider continuing to use them.

My intent was to order the mouth tape but I got these instead and I’m really pleased. I didn’t realize snoring was waking me up at night until I tried these. I immediately breath better through my nose as soon as I put it on. They stick REALLY well and I even have pretty oily skin. I just make sure to wipe my face off before I put the strip on. I’ll keep buying these for sure.

The adhesion on these isn't great unless you wear them really high on the bridge, but when they DO work they really helped my fiance not snore

These are a bit on the big side. If your face or nose is small, this might not work for you. The first time I applied it, I didn’t get it exactly correct. It was a little high and the edges were sticking to my bottom eyelids. I took it off and tried again. The adhesive was strong but didn’t rip off my skin like it felt it might. I tried to apply another strip correctly this time. Success! I’m convinced the amount of air coming through my nose must’ve affected the barometric pressure! Won’t stick well unless your skin is oil free. When I prepare to apply them, I take off the backing and bend in half. Then I slowly apply to the bridge of my nose. Half the time, I don’t get it quite right but I leave it. Sometimes it’s more on one side than another, sometimes it’s on my bottom eyelids, etc. When you get it applied right-it’s fantastic! I rub an alcohol wipe on my nose before I apply it at night. It’s still STRONGLY stuck in the morning, but doesn’t rip my skin off when I remove it-although it feels like it might. Next time I’m trying normal nose strips to see if they’re smaller.
