Smelly and moldy
When I opened the dough it smelled and had mold. I do not recommend purchasing this item. It would be a great use of baklava if it was not gone bad.

Was great while it lasted
Fantastic dough when fresh. Thin and flaky and greatfor baklava. However, one out of 2 packages that i have ordered has mold in it and it's not refundable/non returnable and that is unacceptable. Will not order again.

Great!
I used this product for spanakopita. It was fantastic. The outer layers were somewhat dry or slightly dry and tore but I was still able to use them. There are 44 very delicate thin sheets. It is likely meant for baklava, but it worked fantastically well for my recipe. I highly recommend that you buy this. Wonderful consistency and taste!

Very dry
I opened one of the yufka packs and they were all dry. Very disappointed with the quality. Better off using the Greek fillo dough from the frozen aisle!

My favorite to use for my favorite dessert and is always good quality

Thin but really good
I do not use this for baklava, what I do is I spray butter over every sheet to make it more buttery and it makes a great little layers for my Chinese egg tarts.
