So far I cannot get this tuner to do anything.Not hooked to my computer, not show up on my truck.NothingThe website does not look the same as on youtube or any other website.I have seen for the website so I am totally stumped.

I got this tuner to enhance the towing capabilities of my F350 diesel. I had to update the tuner before I could use it but it was a simple process and didn’t take but a few minutes. The tuner has several aspects to allow you to change some of your stock settings which is a nice feature. It plugs into your OBD port and once you load a tune, you can unplug it, no need to keep it plugged in. It comes with three tunes but you can access more via the internet for those wanting to tweak their engines even more. I loaded the performance tune to my diesel and wow, it made a HUGE difference in the power, probably added 100+ horsepower to my truck! I changed to the towing tune which boosted the HP and also the torque and it made a big difference when towing our 42’ fifth wheel. So far, MPG has not really went up or down but the truck definitely pulls a lot easier with the tune loaded. I’m really happy with this tuner for its ease of use and competitive price. I feel as if it is a well designed product and will definitely add performance to whatever vehicle you use it on. I highly recommend the SCT brand and this tuner specifically.

My 08' Bullit was programmed by the original owner at R/T Tuning with a Sct x4. I'm the fifth owner and was with the 4th owner when he bought it and it didn't come with the programmer, original keys, or even the cars manual bc the 2nd owner lost it to the 3rd owner in a divorce and kept everything and couldve changed the tune. Would the original custom tune be saved to SCT under my vin. It doesn't have any lights on so I think it could still be running the same tune but the Car lot it was purchased at didn't know about the mods, primarily the full Brenspeed top 6 or any tuner. Would it run without any lights or issues if they flashed it to stock? Bc I have a 08 stock gt that doesn't feel much slower. I'm just worried about hooking it up and losing whatever tune it's running now if it is and if it is running one then I don't have a stock tune..I'm not sure what I should do

I bought the item because on the website it says that it works on my vehicle after ordering it and receiving the item. I removed it from the box and plugged it in the vehicle's serves Port. And it gave me a error code. Can't communicate with vehicle. After reading what the error code was it states that it could be the battery or one of the pins on the cable so I got the battery replaced and it says the same thing error can't communicate with vehicle. So I got a little upset and started reading the manual and it says that it's for Ford vehicles and mine is a Chevy. So product doesn't work on Chevy's as the website says.

No preloaded tunes for 2014 3.5 ecoboost as there is supposed to be.

Bought this for my 2012 F250 6.7 diesel (It is deleted). Said it WOULD be compatible for my truck, sadly that was not completely true. I uploaded a preloaded tunes off this device onto my truck (I didn't purchase any custom tunes seperately, those would have worked because of my truck being deleted but there was no disclaimer that the preloaded tunes wouldn't work with a deleted truck), tried to start it, would start but not run for more than 2 seconds, tried multiple times to put it back to stock and other tunes but truck wouldn't start. Contacted the actual SCT company and the customer service was amazing, very quick to respond etc. Tried all kinds of things, factory reset, check EVERY fuse, disconnect and reconnect batteries and so on. (I am pretty mechanically advanced so it wasn't like I didn't know what I was doing). No luck, eventually had to have it towed to a shop that professionally tunes vehicles. Turned out the computer was fried, cost me $3000... NOT fun, had them tune it and returned the device. The SCT company wouldn't cover any of the repairs so I was out $3000 on something I couldn't use. Got my money back from returning it but just to warn others that if you have a deleted diesel to either buy custom tunes or spend the $500 to get a single professional tune or 5 professional tunes with the switch. Device itself is amazing quality so I don't dislike the device, very user friendly and easy to read codes and tune. (You will need a computer to enable it)

Works fine with all mustang models But if the car is not supported you have to make custom tune file, and you wont be able to tune it via the device itself. But everything thing else works the datalog and the gauges.
