Solid little dumbbell set. The vinyl coating is my favorite part. It is durable and build to last. I especially like the color scheme with the vinyl making it much easier to identify which weight it what (no more fumbling to read numbers). The coating gives a solid grip that makes it stick to your hand even when your sweating for much better control. Plus It's one solid piece of weight so you don't have to worry about changing plates or plates spinning around during a work out. Finally, it is surprising compact. I bought up to the 20# dumbbell and I was pleasantly surprised that when I re-racked all my weights I ended up with about 30% more rack space compared to my old set. Guess I have to buy more stuff to fill it up!!

These dumbbells are great! They are very comfortable in the hands and they are made very well. I was looking to add to my old set of dumbbells and wanted a set that was a little less heavy than my 8-pounders. These are perfect! I had never seen 7-pound dumbbells before finding these. One thing I love about them is the handle is wider than my current dumbbells, making these more comfortable to use. If someone has large hands, these would work great for them.

The material used makes it easy to grip and hold not slippery, and they each fit just snug in my small to medium hands!!

The lowest price (at my time of purchase) pair, only black neoprene, and already received them while other sellers still usually won't be able to ship their products.These dumbbells have thick handles to help strengthen grip, made of neoprene so they won't scratch other things as easily as metal ones.They are simple, high quality, and sharp looking dumbbells which are all the requirements almost everyone wants/needs. They feel high quality and should/hopefully will last a long time.

The 8 lb dumbbells were just what I wanted at a reasonable price and arrived before the date promised - so it's all good there. But I have to say I was even more impressed with the printed card that came with the order. This company proactively assures you (in a charming way) that it wants to do everything it can to make sure you're happy with your purchase. "We know things haappen! Missing parts? Damaged in transit? (don't you hate it when the carrier dropkicks your package!?!) Broke during assembly or use? If you have ANY issues/problems WHATSOEVER, give us a chance to make it right!" Makes me want to buy more from them.

Solid dumbbell set, though there are obvious inconsistencies with them. As you can see in the photo, they are slightly differently shaped and lumpy. This is more of an aesthetic issue than anything, though I docked them a star because I hate that they are not flat on the ends (though one is more flat than the other). I often like to set my dumbbells on their ends while using, and these are not shaped to do that. Other than that (and the fact that my first set I ordered was lost in the mail), this is a great buy. They’ve held up well for these first few months of use.

I am a physical therapist and I ordered the 20 lb Day 1 Fitness dumbbells for my clinic since I did not have anything over 10 lbs. Being in an office building and not a gym setting, it was important to have a softer, protective coat for patient's (and my floors!) and was pleased with these. I like the bigger handle on them and the grip feels somewhat "cushiony" in my hands. So far no complaints from patients and no one has dropped them which is my number one concern with heavier weights - patient safety. Used for farmer carry, overhead carry, turkish get-up, squats, etc. Some dumbells either don't have enough grip or are too harsh on the hands for more advanced exercises like these, but this dumbbell can be used like a dumbbell and like a kettlebell.Pros: Good protective coating, soft feeling and comfortable in hands, larger handle.Cons: Possibly larger handle (don't know what the other weights are like).Dumbbells aren't rocket science, but I've used some bad ones...these do the job and do it well. Highly recommend.

Got these as a Valentine's gift for my wife. Yeah, Valentine's Day gift. We've taken to exercising to Youtube videos instead of going to gym during the last year. The weights are perfect for my wife not too heavy but with enough weight to add resistance to her workouts. Makes the only exercise period more effective. They are easy to handle because of the neoprene cover and they are easily stored. We may be getting a second set that is a little heavier to add more resistance. Works well for us. She likes to share.

Tengo ya años con estas mancuernas, las compre desde el 2019 en amazon jajaja y apenas escribo la reseña, fueron las primeras que compre cuando comencé a hacer ejercicio, el material es de muy buena calidad, ya 2024 y siguen en excelentes condiciones aun y cuando las deje abandonas afuera a la interperie con todos los cambios del clima jajajjaja

We ordered the 2 pound dumbbells and they are true to description. These are perfect for anyone looking to do some lightweight toning, especially for women with osteoporosis or arthritis. I like the matcha green colour as well, it's very cute. It's comfortable to hold in your hand for long periods and does not feel awkward at all. Would definitely recommend.
