Need instructions in english
Seem like great cooking shears; however the instructions were only in Chinese and Japanese which means there are capabilities of this pair of scissors that we can't figure out.

So close, yet so far
The problem with these scissors is the hinge pin. It is a rivet that was supposed to be welded, maybe? As it is, the pin is loose on the scissors. When I mallet the pin in tight, the scissors work great, but it doesn't last. When the pin comes loose, there is too much wobble, and the scissors don't perform well. I see why more expensive scissors have a scene and nut mechanism instead of a pin.

These shears and their seller are on point!
I am editing a previous review. I ordered these scissors and received a pair of shears that did not pull apart. I wrote a review stating just that and returned the product. A few weeks later, and without promoting, I received the correct pull apart shears and a letter from the seller apologizing for the mistake. I received these at no cost. The only request was that I consider editing my review.Well, that was certainly deserved!Apart from the amazing customer service of the seller, the shears are a kitchen dream! They cut through anything and everything. They are sharp and they definitely pull apart for easy cleaning.I highly recommend this product.

Here's A Good One!
Substantial quality shears. Chicken and Turkey parts are no match for this precision beauty, and comes apart for through cleaning (leaving no bacteria inside the hinges like other blades can). Fairly priced, I recommend it.

These have worked great
We bought these from Amazon over 5 years ago. They were purchased together with another pair of scissors that looks almost identical. I have to say these are definitely superior to the other scissors. Other than looking almost the same there is really no comparison. These are just plain great scissors. The others, not so much. This is one of the few things where the Chinese version has been the best for me.As for needing instructions in English, well, they are scissors. I think you will figure them out.
