I’m really happy we found JoySpring Methylfolate for Kids. If you’ve ever tried giving kids supplements, you know how hard it can be to find one that works and doesn’t turn into a daily battle. This one has been easy from day one. One of the biggest reasons I chose this is because it uses methylfolate (5-MTHF) instead of regular folic acid. That was important to me since methylfolate is already in the active form, so the body can actually use it without needing to convert it first. This can be especially helpful for kids with MTHFR issues, but honestly it’s just a better form overall. I like knowing it supports brain health, mood, and energy in a way that makes sense biologically. It also includes methyl B12 and B6 (P5P), which pair really well with methylfolate. I appreciate that everything is in active forms and there’s nothing unnecessary added. The taste is a huge plus. The berry lemonade flavor is genuinely good. My child doesn’t complain at all and actually reminds me to give it, which never happens with vitamins in our house. The liquid drops are super easy to use, and we’ve had zero issues with stomach upset or side effects. It’s been simple to work into our daily routine without any stress. Very effective and easy to give to children. The taste was mild and not bad, kind of sweet. I notice a difference in my child’s behavior when regularly using this to detox from heavy metals. I notice increased focus and patience, less tantrums, and a clearer thought pattern.

One month on this product and my 2.5yr old daughter is literally speaking full sentences now. It really works. Prior to this she was saying mostly one word sentences. Getting speech therapy 1/2x a week. We don’t even need it anymore!

I'm not saying it doesn't work. I'm not saying it does. However, I am confused about the actual product itself. When I first bought this for my daughter, the contents were a very dark color that looked like swamp water. Because of what's in it, I just thought maybe that's why. Then I buy another batch, this one is a light yellowish-brown clear liquid??? Now I'm scared because which batch was right and which one was wrong? Was I bamboozled?

I have been using it with my son for a while and I have noticed improvements in his digestion and energy. The flavor is soft and easy to mix with juice or water. I like it to be natural and without strong chemicals. Super recommended.
