Awesome gazebo…once assembled!
Wow this thing is a pain to assemble, but it is worth it! Beautiful & very well constructed, down to the packaging which is excellent (it takes almost half an hour just to unbox and lay everything out). The first 75% of the assembly is pretty straight forward and easy - doable with one person but definitely helps to have two, especially if you both have drills and a ladder. As many others have mentioned, the roof panels are a royal pain. You’ll see in the instructions, but there are ‘R’ pieces and ‘Q’ pieces which must be overlapped and slid in together as one piece. However, there is no way from the manufacturer to secure the pieces together. My wife & I ended up using command Velcro strips to attach them together and reading through the comments, others used double sided tape or even duct tape. Warning to all - figure this piece out before you attempt! If not you’ll drive yourself insane - strong double sided tape would be the best option IMO. When it comes to sliding in the panels, I suppose it’s possible to do it yourself but it is 10x more efficient with two people. You need one person to slide and the other to guide and push up on the panel from inside the structure on a ladder. If not, it’s really hard to get the piece to snap into place. Also note that once you get the panels in, the instructions vaguely mention snapping in a V piece but doesn’t explain it well. There is a baggie of little plastic V’s that you can pop in between the panels and bars to secure them until you’re ready to put on the final frames. The curtain / mosquito net is also not the most intuitive to figure out, I recommend keeping them zipped together and not detaching them like I did…caused me another half hour of mental Tetris to get them correct. You probably couldn’t pay me to assemble this again but I’m glad I did, it really does look great. For those who are saying it leaks, it doesn’t as long as you do it right. My assumption is you installed the panels upside down and the water is flowing towards you. You can fix it but you’ll have to take all of the panels off and reinstall. Definitely a great deal and a great addition for a backyard - just exercise patience and pay attention when you’re assembling…good luck!

Great gazebo and worth the buy, installation is TOUGH!
4.5/5 stars is my true rating. Want an honest review, read through all of this. Truly this gazebo is great!! Follow the instructions exactly or else you will mess something up. I am not trying to be harsh, but I think the 3-4 hour installation that they say is not a fair estimate, it is a bit misleading. It took 2 different installation sessions, each 5-7 hours each, with 2 people each time. Literally this thing takes a LONG time. If you think you will get it done in a few hours, think again. BUT IT IS WORTH IT! 100%! It is sturdy, beautiful, provides great shade and truly enhances our space where we put it. It is heavy and quality and fits our space great. We don't intend on hanging up the netting piece, I was able to use those hooks to hang up my lights instead of having to put my own hooks up. Nice little hack to enhance the gazebo a little more and make it a vibe at night. Two negatives: -Some of the holes don't line up on the roof. There were lots of cases where I had to feed the screw into the top roof piece, feed it into the second roof piece and then at an angle feed the screw into the plastic anchor piece and essentially forcing it to work. - The velcro netting at the top to keep out bugs is pretty much pointless, once you get it all up there, attached and screwed in, nothing is flush so bugs will easily get through. Here are a few tips when installing: - DO NOT TIGHTEN all of the screws like the instructions say, wait until the very end. - Use 2 ladders and 2 people, 3 people would be nice. - Set aside 1-2 hours and sort everything out and organize it before you ever start to build it. - When assembling all the roof pieces, separate them all and lay them all out on the ground before putting them up. WAY easier doing this so when you assemble you can grab and go. - Use 2 different drills with the allen wrench/hex wrench, one big and one small. -There are lots of extra pieces that they provide, don't worry if you find yourself not using everything.

This gazebo is very solid and well built. The aluminum frame feels sturdy and the hardtop gives great coverage. Assembly took some time, but once it was up, it felt strong and secure. It looks great in the yard and has held up well through wind and rain so far. This will be our first winter with it, so I cannot speak to snow performance yet, but based on the build quality, I am optimistic. Overall, we are very happy with it and would recommend it.

I am very pleased with the gazebo it is well made and very sturdy but it is a lot to assemble lots of parts takes bout 10 hours to assemble and that’s with someone who has a construction/ very handy background doing it you will need two people for the roof to make life easier

I purchased this gazebo on Amazon a few weeks ago. I honestly thought I was saving myself time and money by shopping online. The third party company shipping through Amazon was extremely hard to deal with after purchasing the gazebo. They kept offering me money to keep it. First 80 dollars, then they changed it to 50. I made it very clear we just wanted to return the item because the quality just wasn’t there. This company sent us a return label for a delivery service that wasn’t even in our area. We scheduled a pick up and they never came. They then took 2 days to get back to us with another delivery service to pick up the gazebo to return it multiple provinces away. The box was 148lbs so it wasn’t like it could be returned easily. There was a second box that this company told us to keep? This box also weights about 100lbs. Now I am responsible to discard of the 100 pounds of metal myself. I wouldn’t buy this gazebo not because of the customer service but also the overall quality of the item. It’s garbage! The framing was bending as it was being put together. Pieces were missing, paint chipping off. I hate to leave a bad review but this is the truth.
