Works very well!
I used this almost everyday for showering and it was easy to put over my bandages and my cast. It kept the water off my arm but yet I still had flexibility of my arm. It's very well made just a lot larger than I expected but cast was only half way up my arm.

Able to apply with one hand
It's really nice to cover a cast. It is able to be put on with one hand. no cumbersome wrapping and sealing to keep dry. Did get a very small amount of liquid inside so I inserted a paper towel next time to absorb.
